We found it very comfortable (thanks to its three layers of memory foam) with excellent pressure relief around your shoulders, hips, and back. This build is similar to many of the best organic mattresses, and in our Birch Natural Mattress review, we found this mattress is firm yet bouncy and supports you in every sleeping position (back, stomach, side). Plus, the Talalay latex helps you feel cooler while you sleep. However, if you share a bed with a restless sleeper you'd be better off upgrading to the Luxe Birch, thanks to its superior motion isolation. The queen Birch Natural is now down to $1,499 (was $1,873). Plus, you get two free pillows with your mattress purchase. But we think Birch will improve the deal as we get closer to Presidents' Day.

Its firmer feel best suits back and stomach sleepers, while the three layers of foam keep the build simply but effective. In our Siena Memory Foam mattress review, we said it offers excellent temperature regulation, superb edge support, and low motion transfer for a very low price. Those are good prices (and good extras) for a mattress of this quality.

If you're looking for a good sale on an extra firm mattress, look no further than the Plank Firm. This is our best firm mattress of the year and is an excellent choice for stomach and back sleepers who need maximum spinal support during sleep to prevent any painful dipping of their back. Right now you can save 25% on any size Plank Firm, with a twin reduced to $561.75 (was $749) and a queen on sale for $999 (was $1,332). We wouldn't advise this mattress for side sleepers as it won't provide enough cushioning, but if you want a very firm back and stomach sleeping bed at a more affordable price, you won't go wrong here.

Nolah Original 10" Mattress: was $999 now $649 at Nolah
The Nolah Original 10" is the company's most affordable option, although it's not exactly a budget buy (the Nectar Classic is a better choice for tight budgets). It offers long-term durability, pressure relief, and optimal cooling. In our Nolah Original 10 mattress hands on, we said it's great if you sleep on your side and like the hugging sensation of memory foam mattresses. Casper One Mattress: was $749 now $599 at Casper
Casper is cutting 20% off select mattresses during its latest mattress sale. The Casper One Mattress is the updated version of its now-discontinued Original Mattress. The new 11-inch bed has four layers of premium foam, which includes a layer of Breathe Flex Foam designed to promote air flow and add a little bounce to the mattress. Nest Bedding Quail Mattress: was $849 now $649 at Nest Bedding
Mattress manufacturer Nest Bedding has plenty of mattress sales to choose from right now. Their trademark Love & Sleep (now known as Quail) mattress is the most affordable and is on sale for $649 (was $849) for a twin. The queen is reduced to $1,099 (was $1,299). This all-foam mattress is great for back and side sleepers and is made of breathable materials. The mattress comes with a lifetime warranty.
Purple Mattress: was $999 now $799 at Purple
The Purple Mattress is one of the company's least expensive mattresses, yet it still comes with the company's patented Purple Grid mattress tech. Under this 2-inch grid are two layers of high-density comfort foam.
