There are a lot more — and in many cases, better — discounts on the best mattresses in Australia this month than there were in March. That's all thanks to Easter but you'll need to hurry if you want to take advantage of these offers as many of them will end by April 19, if not sooner.

In fact, it's one of those rare times in the year when you have a wider choice of brands to choose from, with Macoda and Eva also offering small but worthy discounts on their offerings. I should note that the RRPs of some mattresses have gone up since March, but the good news is the deals this month are good enough to drop the final prices below what I saw just weeks ago.

April's best mattress sales

You'll find a list of current offers below, but it's important to note that if you're a first-time customer, nearly every brand will offer you an additional 5% to 10% off if you sign up to their newsletter, while some might even offer a higher discount at specific times of the year.

It will be displayed as a popup and you can sign up directly from there to have the additional savings applied automatically at checkout. Some brands, though, will need you to add a checkout code that's mentioned in that popup, so you may need to remember it (or copy it immediately to your clipboard) to apply it later.

Best mattress deal in Australia: Editor's choice

Onebed Original (queen)
Save 40% (AU$560)
Onebed Original (queen): was AU$1,400 now AU$840 at OneBed Mattress

It's been cheaper before, but from a value point of view and the fact that we call it a "standout" in our Onebed Original mattress review means we'd recommend this affordable hybrid mattress even at full price. If you're not sold on our recommendation, give it a try yourself — you'll get a 125-night trial and a 15-year warranty to boot.

Best queen mattress deals

Eva Comfort Classic
Save 25% (AU$300)
Eva Comfort Classic: was AU$1,200 now AU$900 at Eva Home

It's rare to see Eva's mattresses get a discount, but thanks to Easter, now is a good time to consider checking out what we consider is a fantastic budget hybrid mattress. We gave it 4.5 stars in our Eva Comfort Classic review, calling it out for offering great balance between comfort and affordability. So don't let this opportunity pass you by as the next time we might see a discount on Eva products would be later this year, likely during Black Friday.

Origin Hybrid Plus
Save 39% (AU$591)
Origin Hybrid Plus: was AU$1,510 now AU$919 at Origin Mattress Australia

Plus free AirSoft pillow worth AU$179

In our Origin Hybrid Plus mattress review, we said it sleeps firmer than expected. If that's the kind of bed you prefer, this mattress has a flippable layer and a removable cover, plus it sleeps cool and minimises partner disturbance. We did, however, think its edge support could be better.

Ecosa Pure
Save 30% (AU$522)
Ecosa Pure: was AU$1,740 now AU$1,218 at Ecosa

Available in two firmness options — medium plush or medium firm, and each have two settings in a flippable layer — at the same discounted price, we had some good things to say about it in our Ecosa Pure Mattress review. It's the micro coils that make a difference, offering excellent support for the back through the night. Admittedly this isn't a big discount, but it's a mattress we'd recommend even at full price.

Emma Luxe Pro
Save 50% (AU$1,220)
Emma Luxe Pro: was AU$2,419 now AU$1,199 at Emma Sleep

One of the main reasons we didn't score our Emma Luxe mattress review very well was its high asking price. It just felt cheap because of the materials used, but it slept well, and we'd recommend it for stomach sleepers on account being softer than some of the other options on this page. However, at half price, our biggest gripe is taken care off.

Best double mattress deals

Onebed Essential
Save 50% (AU$500)
Onebed Essential: was AU$1,000 now AU$500 at OneBed Mattress

It was AU$540 in February, which makes this half-price offer an excellent one from a brand we trust. While it may not have a flippable layer, it does have a removable and washable cover, and promises to sleep cool. Onebed's 125-night trial will allow you to test this for yourself, but its the lengthy 15-year warranty that we're big fans of.

Ergoflex 5G Mattress
Save 30% (AU$399)
Ergoflex 5G Mattress: was AU$1,329.99 now AU$930.99 at Ergoflex Australia

The RRP of this wonderful all-foam mattress has increased from AU$1,299.99, but it's now cheaper in the double size than it was in March, thanks to Ergoflex's Easter sale. Just use the code EASTER at checkout to save AU$399. In fact, all sizes are discounted, in case you'd prefer a larger option.

Macoda Mattress
Save 11% (AU$125)
Macoda Mattress: was AU$1,100 now AU$975 at Macoda

Admittedly this isn't a great discount, but it's the cheapest I've seen the Macoda Mattress drop to in 2026. This hybrid option is the only mattress in Macoda's arsenal, standing out from the competition by offering two memory foam layers that are both flippable to adjust between plush, medium and firm – all three in one bed! No need to tussle with customer service for changing out your foam. Note that Macoda gives you 100 nights to try the various firmness options, although we suspect you'll find your right one without needing to organise a return.

Yinahla Premier Luxe
Save 15% (AU$959.85)
Yinahla Premier Luxe: was AU$6,399 now AU$5,439.15 at Yinahla

Yes, it's expensive even with a discount, but we liked it so much that our reviewer scored it well in our Yinahla Premier Luxe mattress review. It's also the only non-boxed mattress we've tested, but it's still one you buy online, get a 150-night trial and an industry-leading 20-year warranty! It will also get delivered to your home. If money is no object, then all sizes of this mattress are 15% off.

Best king mattress deals

Valmori Hybrid Mattress II
Save 30% (AU$375)
Valmori Hybrid Mattress II: was AU$1,250 now AU$875 at Valmori Home Collection

More often than not, the bigger mattress sizes tend to be quite expensive, even when discounted. However, this hybrid option is fantastic value for money with the current discount across all sizes — and brings the king size to an affordable AU$875. It's not the cheapest price we've seen (in fact, it was AU$860 in March), but still easy for me to recommend. Not only is it our pick for the best mattress for side sleepers, but it scored well in our Valmori Hybrid Mattress II review for being a suitable all-rounder.

Onebed Max
Save 30% (AU$705)
Onebed Max: was AU$2,350 now AU$1,645 at OneBed Mattress

It's the most premium mattress in Onebed's catalogue and comes with adjustable firmness in a flippable layer and promises zero partner disturbance. Considering we loved a cheaper version of this mattress, we have confidence that the Max might also live up to its name — providing max support and comfort for a good night's sleep. A 125-night trial and a 15-year warranty sweeten this deal, but the RRP has increased by AU$100 (it was AU$2,250 in March).

Eva Premium Adapt
Save 15% (AU$300)
Eva Premium Adapt: was AU$1,990 now AU$1,690 at Eva Home

It might only be a AU$300 discount, but as I've mentioned earlier for the Eva Comfort Classic offer, it's rare to see any kind of discount on this brand. In fact, we consider the Eva Premium Adapt to be the best hybrid mattress in Australia, coming in second only to Sleeping Duck's Mach II, but this discount means the king size of the Eva cost as much as the double of its competitor.

Origin LumbarCloud
Save 43% (AU$1,701)
Origin LumbarCloud: was AU$4,000 now AU$2,299 at Origin Mattress Australia

Plus free gift bundle worth AU$587

The biggest saving on the Origin website is on the bigger size of its most expensive mattress. And that's a significant saving on the LumbarCloud, a mattress that we said was like sleeping on a cloud in our Origin LumberCloud review. And that's without compromising orthopaedic support. If that's the kind of comfort you're after, take advantage of this offer.
