Black Friday mattress sales 2025: The best deals live now
The Black Friday mattress sales have officially begun including big savings on our top-rated beds from Saatva, DreamCloud, Helix and more
The Black Friday mattress sales are well and truly underway, with new deals every day from big brands such as DreamCloud, Bear and Helix. If you've been browsing our guide to the best mattresses online and you're ready to invest in your sleep, we have all the latest deals here — including $400 off our top-rated mattress, the Saatva Classic.
Our Tom's Guide sleep team tracks the mattress deals year-round and while Memorial Day and Labor Day 2025 bought impressive discounts, we still think Black Friday is going to be the best time to buy.
Following a slowdown in mattress purchases in the first half of 2025 (per Furniture Today), we predict retailers will attempt to lure shoppers back with Black Friday sleep savings. Especially as tariffs have led to price increases, something we expect brands to try and offset by either increasing discounts or offering free gifts. (Find our full analysis and predictions below.)
The early Black Friday sales have proved the deals show no sign of slowing down and we'll be tracking all the latest mattress offers here. We've rounded up the best savings already live below but make sure to bookmark this page for all the Black Friday mattress deals as they drop.

1. Saatva Classic: queen was $2,139 now $1,739 at Saatva
Our top recommendation for all sleepers, the Saatva Classic comes in three firmness levels and two heights (11.5" or 14.5"), so you can tailor the feel to your preferences. Super-luxurious and with enhanced lumbar support, we ran out of superlatives in our Saatva Classic mattress review. The only people we don't recommend it for are couples who weigh over 600lbs — check out the best mattresses for heavy people instead. Saatva's Black Friday mattress sale is underway with $400 off all sizes reducing a queen Classic to $1,739 (was $2,139.) That matches this year's Memorial Day and Labor Day Saatva mattress sales, making now the time to buy. A 365-night trial, lifetime warranty and free white glove delivery are included.

2. Siena 10" Signature Mattress: twin was $349 now $288.99 at Amazon
If you're shopping for a new bed on a tight budget, we don't think you can get better than the Siena. The best cheap mattress we've tested, the all-foam Siena delivers full-body support that will please back and stomach sleepers. Our Siena Signature Mattress review team agreed it's fantastic value at $359 from Siena but if you head to Amazon, you can pick up a queen size for just $288.99. That's not quite as cheap as the $278 we spotted in August but as prices often fluctuate Amazon, we think this is a deal not to miss. A 180-night trial and 10-year warranty are included.

3. Helix Midnight Luxe: queen was $2,798 now $1,751 with code TOMS27 at Helix Sleep
The Helix Midnight Luxe is hands-down the best mattress for side sleepers — the combination of a lush, cushioned pillow top with a zoned support base creates a balanced feel that'll soothe the joints while keeping the spine in a neutral position. However, it's quite versatile; in our Helix Midnight Luxe mattress review we found it comfortable for back sleeping as well. And we know how to beat Helix's Black Friday sale — use code TOMS27 to save 27% on every bed in the Helix line-up. (If the Midnight doesn't catch your eye, we love the Dusk Luxe for stomach sleeping.) Helix does sometimes add a free bedding bundle, so stay glued to this page for the latest sale updates.

4. DreamCloud Classic Hybrid mattress: queen $699 + free bedding at DreamCloud
Last Black Friday we felt confident predicting the DreamCloud mattress sale. This year, not so much. DreamCloud has played around with sales in 2025 but the current offer — a queen for $699 plus a free bedding bundle — is excellent value and likely to be the best DreamCloud Black Friday sale in November. We've been testing the DreamCloud in our Sleep Lab and it's been a winner for side sleepers, with a spot-on combination of cushioning and support (learn more with our DreamCloud Mattress review.) The best mattress in a box we've tested, the DreamCloud comes with a 365-night trial, lifetime warranty... and a touch of luxury.

5. Bear Elite Hybrid: queen was $2,570 now $1,542 with code TOMS40 at Bear
The best cooling mattress on the market today is the Bear Elite, a 14" hybrid that comes in three firmness levels to suit any sleep style. It features copper-infused memory foam and breathable coils to help draw heat away, a combo our testers found effective in our Bear Elite Hybrid mattress review. We tested an Elite Hybrid with the optional Celliant-cover, designed to boost cooling and improving recovery. If you've been debating the upgrade, now's the time to shop, as you can save 40% with code TOMS40, reducing a queen with Celliant to just $1,627.20. There's a small chance Bear will throw in some free gifts closer to Black Friday but if you're set for pillows, now's the time to shop.

6. CopperFlex Pro Hybrid: queen was $1,332 now $932 at Brooklyn Bedding
The CopperFlex Pro Hybrid impressed us with its advanced cooling and luxury feel, all at a mid-range price. Our CopperFlex Pro Hybrid Mattress review team found the plush pillow-top cushioning for side sleepers and we awarded it a near perfect score for temperature regulation. The current 30% off deal is being billed as a Veteran's Day sale, but consider it a Black Friday preview — we suspect it will roll through November. With a queen $932.40 (was $1,332) we think the CopperFlex Pro Hybrid is great value but it's worth noting we spotted 32% off at Brooklyn Bedding for a brief period over Labor Day. We're keeping our fingers crossed it returns for Black Friday.

7. Avocado Green Mattress: queen was $2,099 now $1,679 at Avocado Green
The brand's flagship model is our best organic mattress overall. It comes in a firm feel by default — a great fit for back sleepers as we discovered in our Avocado Green Mattress review — but upgrade to a medium pillow-top or plush box-top if you're a side sleeper or on the lighter side. Just know that these upgrades will add substantially to the final cost. Either way, you'll score 20% off in what Avocado is calling its Holiday Sale. Standard Avocado mattress sales tend to max out at 15% off so this holiday saving is better than usual — a queen is $1,679 and you get a year's trial and 25-year warranty.

8. Tulo Lavender 10" Memory Foam Mattress: twin was $449.99 now $299.99 at Mattress Firm
Mattress Firm has kicked off its Black Friday sale with some stand-out savings. Our top pick is 33% off the Tulo Lavender 10-inch Mattress, knocking a queen from $449.99 to $299.99 (does your spare room need a little love ahead of the holidays?) Reviews suggest it's firmer than expected, so side sleepers might prefer the 12-inch Tulo Lavender, now $329.99 for a queen. As a heads-up, Tulo deals tend to flip-flop between the Lavender and Bamboo Green Tea Mattress range, so if you can't find a sale on one, check the other. Both are all-foam designs and like the best memory foam mattresses, we expect them to provide superior motion isolation and cushioning.

9. Westin Heavenly Bed Mattress: twin was $2,495 now $1,996 at Shop Marriott
Dreaming of a holiday getaway? With Marriott hotel's Black Friday mattress sale you can enjoy vacation-level sleep year-round. The Westin Heavenly Bed is a plush hybrid mattress that promises to be your "personal sleep sanctuary" — we described it as "supportive, luxurious" when we got hands-on with the Heavenly Bed. The mattresses used in hotels are typically premium designs and the Westin Heavenly Bed is no different but right now you can save 20%, reducing a queen from $2,495 to $1,996, a price comparable to the best luxury mattresses.
Should you wait for the Black Friday mattress sales?
Research shows that in 2024, the biggest price drops on furniture occurred over Cyber Monday. While we're seeing some solid deals right now at the start of the month, for mattresses, we expect the best discounts to arrive by late November.
But there are some brands worth shopping now. For instance, the current Saatva mattress sale offers tiered discounts of up to $525 off $4,500 or more. For most models, that yields better prices than the flat $300 off we've been seeing lately, although a recent 15% off sale was a better bet for Saatva's priciest models, including the Saatva Rx, which we rate the best mattress for back pain.
On the other hand, the current Avocado Green mattress sale cuts 20% off most of its mattresses, which beats the 15% off we saw just a couple of weeks ago. It's the best discount we've seen for its flagship Avocado Green Mattress, but there's a chance this deal will come and go as we approach Black Friday.
Helix and Bear are running their official Black Friday sales now, while Brooklyn Bedding is hosting a Veterans Day sale that can be considered a Black Friday preview of sorts.
Meanwhile, WinkBed mattress deals never change, and DreamCloud's free accessory bundle with purchase appears to be a semi-permanent offer.
That said, a Nectar flash sale in the lead-up to Black Friday would be a sweet surprise for additional money off their competitively priced mattresses. (We last saw one in early July.)
Black Friday mattress sales 2025: Predictions and analysis
We track mattress deals year-round and in 2025 we've observed several trends that we predict will dictate how the Black Friday mattress sales play out. These are some of the major trends we're expecting:
The discounts will be as good as last year — but the prices will be higher
Bain predicted tariffs would hit the furniture industry hardest, and we have seen price hikes on mattresses across 2025. In real terms, that means the Saatva Classic cost $1,695 for a queen in the President’s Day sale and $1,739 during Labor Day — even though it was $400 off on both occasions.
Retailers in home goods ... likely face the most gross margin pressure due to their heavy exposure to foreign products
Bain
But shopping now can help you save in the long run
Prices on mattresses, particularly luxury mattresses, have risen during the course of the year and that’s not a trend we expect to reverse any time soon. In the Black Friday mattress sales you’re likely to see the lowest prices for the foreseeable future.
Amazon and Walmart will fight for the cheap mattress crown
Pre-Memorial Day, Amazon reduced a Siena Mattress to just $279 for a queen and we're hoping to see deals that good over Black Friday. But Amazon faces tough competition from Walmart, with big savings on NapQueen, Zinus and Allswell mattresses. If your budget is tight, these are the places to look.
We might see blanket discounts on luxury hotel mattresses
Mattresses used in hotels are known for crowd-pleasing luxury comfort... and a high price. Last year, 30% off the Westin Heavenly Bed was among our favorite Black Friday mattress sales. This year, Marriott bought all its sleep brands — including Ritz-Carlton and Westin — under one roof. We’re hoping to see big savings across the board.
Almost 90% of buyers [are] prioritizing sleep quality over quantity
US Pillows and Mattress Market Report
Sales will reflect the trend towards luxury
The US Pillows and Mattress Market Report found consumers are prioritizing personalized, quality sleep, with eco-friendly materials also driving demand. To accommodate this, we predict we’ll see sales tailored towards luxury, smart, and eco-sleep solutions; typically the most expensive mattress types.
Instant credit might replace some discounts and free gifts
This year Helix, Nolah and Bear have ended their long-running free pillow offer, while Cocoon by Sealy’s once-standard free bedding bundle now alternates with a $50 instant credit gift. We think the gifts might return for Black Friday, to enhance a deal without increasing the discount. Look out for more ‘instant credit’ deals as well; Tempur-Pedic and Purple have both offered them in recent months.
Last year's best Black Friday mattress deals
During Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2024 we worked round the clock to find the best mattress deals for every budget. While we can't guarantee these savings will return, they're a good way to understand the mattress sales we expect to see this year. Here's a handful of the biggest ones we saw...

1. Saatva Classic mattress (queen): $2,095 now $1,695 at Saatva
Saatva’s luxury innerspring hybrid is the best mattress we’ve ever tested. We re-tested it for Black Friday and for the first time ever gave a full five-star review: it looks and feels like a high-end hotel mattress, and is a brilliant choice for most people. There are three different firmness options, so it’s easy to customize to your preferences. We slept on the popular luxury firm version, and found it to deliver excellent pressure-relief and spine-alignment, helping us achieve a deeper sleep, and reducing aches and pains in the morning. Prices in the Saatva Black Friday sale are the same as every other major sale this year, at $995 for a twin and $1,695 for a queen, so this isn't a special deal for Black Friday — but it is good value for a luxury mattress. Plus, build quality is the best we've tested: this is a mattress that will last. The only people we don’t recommend the Classic too are bed-sharers who weigh over 600lbs and anyone with chronic back pain. It comes with free white glove delivery, and there's a year-long trial to make sure it's right — just bear in mind there's a $99 returns fee if you don't like it.

2. Siena Memory Foam Mattress (queen): $399 now $339.15 at Amazon
We reported that the Siena had a $20 price cut at Siena... Well, there's an even bigger $60 price cut over at Amazon, with a twin down to $169.15 and a queen at $339.15. These are the lowest prices we've ever seen for this top-rated budget memory foam mattress. We gave it four out of five stars in our review, calling it a "brilliant budget mattress". Despite its low price, it doesn't feel cheap, with great temperature regulation (we tested the Siena during one of the hottest summers on record and didn't overheat), superb edge support, and minimal motion transfer. It's firmer than advertised though: we rate it 8 out of 10. Our testers adjusted to it over the one-month review period and found it to be comfortable, but don’t expect a traditional memory foam feel — there’s very little ‘hug’ here.

3. The Allswell Hybrid Mattress, 10-inch (queen): $317 $284 at Walmart
It's not often we see Walmart's excellent own-brand mattress below $300, but the retailer's Black Friday sale drops a queen from $317 to $284 — that's $15 cheaper than Memorial Day. This is a top-class budget mattress. We gave it 4 out of 5 stars in our review: it delivers fantastic support and it's great at isolating motion, so you're less likely to notice a partner tossing and turning. Two of our testers were so impressed with The Allswell's feel and affordability that they decided to buy one to replace their sagging foam mattress at home. It's not the best choice if you suffer from back pain, and it's not great for anyone who weighs over 200lb — in both cases you’ll need a higher-quality mattress. Otherwise, the Allswell offers impressive performance for the price and we highly recommend it.

4. Helix Midnight Luxe (queen): $2.373.33 $1,732 + $330 free gifts at Helix with code: TOMS27
New for Black Friday: we teamed up with Helix to offer Tom’s Guide readers a special 27% discount. Use code: TOMS27 at checkout and you’ll get an extra 2% off the standard Helix Black Friday mattress sale, plus you’ll still get a free mattress protector, sheet and pillow set worth up to $330, as you would with the official deal. We rate the Midnight Luxe as the best mattress for side sleepers because it does a brilliant job of eliminating pressure points around your hips, shoulders and knees, which are key areas when you're lying on your side. We gave it four and a half out of five stars in our Helix Midnight Luxe review, and particularly recommend it for couples with restless partners, thanks to its excellent ability to isolate motion. If you’re looking for a bundle deal, this is the lowest price the Helix Midnight Luxe has been all year, making a queen size $50 cheaper than Labor Day and $166 lower than Black Friday last year. However, if you only need a mattress, we’ve seen the Helix Midnight Luxe cheaper: a queen dropped to $1,614 in July. For anyone with a lower budget, consider the standard Helix Midnight instead — it's a great mattress, and cheaper still at $972 (with our discount) plus two free pillows.

5. Westin Heavenly Bed mattress: from $1,645 $1,51.50 at Westin Store
The Westin Heavenly Bed was created after a rigorous research, design and testing process. This is the Westin Heavenly Bed 2.0, a recently launched upgrade that features a plush pillow-top paired with spring support and innovative cooling fabric woven with silver fibers. In the 30% off sale, the Westin Heavenly Bed Mattress is one of the most affordable hotel mattresses available, with a queen now $1,746.50 (was $2,495). The benefits can't compare to the Saatva (just a 10-year warranty) but that's not unusual for a hotel shop.

6. Bear Original mattress: twin from $699 now $419.40 at Bear Mattress with code: BFCM4TY
The medium-firm feel of the Bear Original makes it a top choice for combi sleepers, with enough cushioning at the touch points but a sturdy support across the body. We also gave high marks for motion isolation during our Bear Original Mattress review, so it's a good choice if you share with a partner who can never seem to get comfortable. You can claim a 40% discount using code BFCM4TY, reducing a queen to $598.80 (was $998) and matching the largest saving we've seen this year.

2. Casper Snow Max: twin XL from $3,125 from $1,875 at Casper
We think this is a good cross between Casper's two popular mattresses. the Casper Snow and the Dream Hybrid. Compared to the other two memory foam cooling beds, this is a medium-firm mattresses with a 7-layer hybrid construction combining align memory foam, flex support coils and specialist cooling technology. This has twice the more HeatDelete bands than the base model along with the brand's signature Snow technology and a top layer of Soothe Memory foam preventing night-sweats. We recommend it most suitable for combination sleepers as it provides excellent support for all sleeping positions. Casper has now increased the Black Friday discount from 30% to 40% dropping the MSRP of a queen from $3,745 to $2,245 which is the cheapest price this year.

8. Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Adapt Mattress: twin from $1,699 $1,499 + $300 free gifts at Tempur-Pedic
The Tempur-Adapt's Tempur Material is designed to absorb virtually every movement. In our review, we called the bed's motion isolation "incredible"and felt that you could share a bed with a restless partner and sleep undisturbed. However, it is a splurge and the 90-night sleep trial and 10-year warranty are relatively short considering the price. Still, there's up to $400 off with this Black Friday mattress deal, and a queen is $200 off at $1,999 (was $2,199).

9. Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Mattress: twin from $1,149 now $729 at Sealy
Sealy's Posturepedic collection has been designed to help anyone with back pain who's also looking for a mattress on a budget. Using specialty foams and responsive coils, the Posturepedic comes in two firmness levels so you can enjoy pain relief in any sleeping position. In this Black Friday deal a queen is just $799 (was $1,249) and that's the best price we've spotted this year – only $79 more than a twin.

This Amazon-exclusive memory foam mattress from Casper has a basic 2-layer construction and a medium-firm bed feel to suit many types of sleepers. Black Friday mattress sales FAQ
When is Black Friday 2025?
The countdown to Black Friday has started: Black Friday 2025 falls on 28th November. This is the Friday directly after Thanksgiving, so the holiday weekend gives you plenty of time to shop the sales.
Cyber Monday — another big mattress sales days — is the Monday following Black Friday. In 2025, that's Monday 1st December.
Those are the official dates but based on previous years, we predict the deals will start much sooner. We'll start actively looking for discounts by late October.
Is Black Friday a good time to buy a mattress?
Black Friday is an excellent time to buy a mattress as this popular sales event is likely to bring discounts from all major sleep brands, as well as large sales at retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Macy's and Mattress Firm.
While Black Friday was once the undisputed leader of mattress sales, it now faces tough competition from Memorial Day, President's Day and Labor Day. In 2025, brands including Saatva, Helix and Tempur-Pedic announced Black Friday-rivaling price drops during these earlier sales. We'll be interested to see if Black Friday can beat them...
However, even though rival sales events have compared to Black Friday, they never been able to top it. November is still our favorite time to save on a mattress.
Black Friday vs Cyber Monday: which mattress deals are better
Cyber Monday is the Monday directly after Black Friday. This year, that's Monday 1st December. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the big mattress sales days to mark the end of the year but which is better?
When it comes to mattress sales, there's usually little to choose between Black Friday vs Cyber Monday. Often the best mattress deals will run from Black Friday through the holiday weekend, with the same discounts continuing to Cyber Monday.
There are some deals that will end before Cyber Monday and, conversely, some sales that won't start until Cyber Monday — but these are the exception. The vast majority of mattress sales will stay steady from Black Friday on the 29th November through to Cyber Monday on December 1st.
Do stores run Black Friday mattress sales?
Mattress stores will run Black Friday mattress sales and many of these deals will be comparable to the offers we see online.
The major advantage of going to a mattress store to purchase is you get to test the bed before you buy. But shopping online often comes with a built-in testing period: the sleep trial. This allows you to use the bed at home for a set number of nights (typically 100) and return it for a full or partial refund if it doesn't meet your needs.
If you are interested in buying a mattress in-store this Black Friday, we recommend doing your research beforehand. Familiarize yourself with the MSRP of the mattress, its usual sale price and the brand's sleep trial and warranty period.
