The Saatva Rx is a beefed-up version of the Saatva Classic that's specially designed for sleepers with chronic back and joint conditions. Notably, it adds a layer of microcoils and high-density foams to provide targeted relief and support. I have lower back pain due to mild scoliosis, and throughout my month of sleeping on Rx, I felt my lower back pain disappear.
