Zinus 10” Green Tea Memory Foam mattress: queen was $209 now $169 at Amazon
Under $200 for a queen mattress is an impressive price. When we reviewed the Zinus 10” Memory Foam mattress, we found it was best suited to those who liked a soft bed, like side sleepers or light weight sleepers, thanks to its plush gel memory foam build. With slightly weak edges and a tendency to trap some heat, it’s not a mattress that competes with the best of the best, but it’s still a very decent bed — and a great option for guest rooms. We were particularly impressed with its ability to absorb motion, which means couples shouldn’t wake each other up in the night.

Siena 10" Signature Mattress: queen now $359 at Siena Sleep
If you're shopping for a new bed on a tight budget, we don't think you can get better than the Siena. It's best cheap mattress we've tested. This all-foam delivers full-body support that pleased the back and stomach sleepers in our panel during our Siena Signature Mattress review. (Side sleepers won't find it soft enough for their joints.) Although this is an evergreen sale, it's an excellent value for a mattress at any time of year, especially since it comes with a 180-night trial, which is well beyond the industry average (100 nights).

DreamCloud Classic Hybrid mattress: queen now $699 + free bedding at DreamCloud
Last Black Friday, we felt confident predicting the DreamCloud mattress sale. This year, not so much. DreamCloud has played around with sales in 2025, but the current offer for its flagship model— a queen for $699 plus a free bedding bundle — is excellent value and likely to be the best DreamCloud Black Friday sale in November (or for all of 2025, for that matter). Our DreamCloud Classic Hybrid Mattress review calls it a 'fantastic mid-range option for most people,' but especially for side sleepers who want plush cushioning without massive sinkage. Bear Elite Hybrid: queen was $2,570 now $1,542 with code TOMS40 + free accessories at Bear
The best cooling mattress on the market today is the Bear Elite, a 14" hybrid that comes in three firmness levels to suit any sleep style. Our top recommendation for all sleepers, the Saatva Classic comes in three firmness levels and two heights (11.5" or 14.5"), so you can tailor the feel to your preferences. Super-luxurious and with enhanced lumbar support, we ran out of superlatives in our Saatva Classic mattress review. The only people we don't recommend it for are couples who weigh over 600lbs — check out the best mattresses for heavy people instead. Saatva's Black Friday mattress sale is underway with $400 off all sizes, reducing a queen Classic to $1,739 (was $2,139).
