Bring the Ritz-Carlton home with this epic Black Friday hotel mattress deal — save over $1,000
Or get that hotel mattress feel for less with these alternative offers
Luxury hotel brand Ritz-Carlton has cut the price of its iconic mattress by over a third for Black Friday, dropping it to its lowest ever. You can now save at least $1,000 on most sizes of the Ritz-Carlton mattress at Shop Marriott.
That means a queen-size Ritz-Carlton mattress currently costs $2,236, down from $3,440 — that's a 10% bigger saving than any other sale we’ve seen this year. It’s one of the best luxury Black Friday mattress deals so far.
This 14-inch, custom-made hybrid mattress is crafted to be cooling, supportive and comfortable, with multiple foam layers and over 900 individually wrapped coils to boost pressure relief and airflow.
Five-star hotel mattresses don't come with a trial or returns period (you need to book a stay somewhere if you want to try one). But if you know that you love sleeping on a Ritz-Carlton mattress, and you have the cash, then buying its signature bed at its lowest price of the year is a no-brainer.
If not, there are plenty of other luxury mattresses on sale right now — including the Saatva Classic, the best mattress we’ve slept on.
The Ritz-Carlton Mattress: twin was $2,390 now $1,553.50 at Shop Marriott
This is the lowest price we’ve ever seen for the luxurious Ritz-Carlton mattress, so if you’re looking to recreate a five-star hotel experience at home, it’s a great time to invest. With cushioning foams and over 900 individually wrapped coils, this custom-made mattress is designed to offer a good mix of comfort and support for most people. A queen size would cost $3,440 at full price, but it’s down to $2,236 for Black Friday — that’s 10% less than we’ve seen it in other sales this year.
Smaller budget? Consider these instead...
1. Saatva Classic: twin was $1,399 now $999 at Saatva
This handcrafted, hybrid innerspring is the best luxury mattress we’ve tested, scoring a near-perfect score of 4.8/5 in our Saatva Classic review — and it's up to $500 cheaper than the Ritz-Carlton above. We slept on the luxury firm version for over seven months (there's a softer and firmer option too) and found that it delivers best-in-class comfort and support in every sleeping position. It also has excellent temperature-regulation and motion isolation capabilities, making it our top recommendation for most people. With $400 off all sizes in the Saatva Black Friday sale, a queen now costs $1,649 (was $2,049). You'll also get a year's sleep trial to make sure it's right, a lifetime warranty, and free white glove delivery — all vastly better benefits than you get with the Ritz-Carlton.
2. DreamCloud Classic Hybrid Mattress: twin from $1,221 from $399 at DreamCloud
At $699, this top-rated mattress in a box is fantastic value for money, outperforming many of its luxury rivals in our recent retesting. The DreamCloud Classic Hybrid has a similar build to The Ritz-Carlton Bed, but a softer cushioning feel that's super-comfy for side sleeping (read more in our DreamCloud Classic review). There's a DreamCloud mattress sale every month with up to 60% off, but right now you can also get up to $599 of free bedding in the DreamCloud Black Friday sale – that's great added value, especially when you factor in the lifetime warranty, year's sleep trial, and free shipping and returns (Saatva above charges a $99 fee for returns).

3. Nectar Premier Hybrid Mattress: twin from $1,395 from $799 at Nectar
Struggle with back pain? This medium-firm seven-layered Nectar hybrid mattress includes both comfort foam and eight inches of inner coils, which according to our reviewer, works to relive pressure and soothe back pain and aches. While it will suit most sleeping styles, stomach sleepers might feel their hips sag a bit too much into the mattress. Our tester also thought the temperature control was great, considering it's not a top cooling mattress, earning an overall score of 4.5 out of 5 in the Nectar Premier Hybrid mattress review. Right you can find a Nectar Premier Hybrid up to 50% off Nectar mattress sales, which reduces the MSRP of a queen to $2,099. Plus you get the same benefits as the DreamCloud: 365 night trial, forever warranty, and free shipping.
