Apple has been busy raising the price of its iPhones these past few weeks. Even older models, like the iPhone 17, received a $100 price increase. Fortunately, one carrier is lowering its prices.
Right now, Total Wireless has the iPhone 16e on sale for $199.99. That's $400 off and one of the cheapest iPhone deals I've seen. To get this deal, you’ll need to switch and activate a Total All Access 3-month plan. It costs $60/month and includes Disney+ Premium access.
While it's true that the iPhone 16e has been replaced by the iPhone 17e, the former is still a capable phone. Priced at $199, it's also an excellent value buy for cash strapped Apple fans.
Note: You must sign up to Total Wireless' Total All Access data plan for three months to get this deal. The plan costs $60/month and includes unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband, unlimited hotspot (10 Mbps), and unlimited calling to/from Mexico. As an added perk, you also get Disney+ Premium (no ads) for free.
In our iPhone 16e review, we liked its compact size and svelte construction. And despite having only a single rear camera, it still delivered outstanding results. We're most surprised by its low-light camera performance because it makes pitch-dark scenes look like they're lit by some nearby source.
Other noteworthy features include a 6.1-inch OLED display, Face ID, satellite connectivity, an Action Button and the entire suite of Apple Intelligence features. There's also the 48MP fusion camera, which offers 2x optical-quality zoom, and a strong battery life.
