Saatva's best latex cooling mattress gets a $400 price cut in huge Memorial Day sale
Beat the heatwave with this top deal on Saatva's most luxurious organic latex mattress, now back to its cheapest price for Memorial Day
Memorial Day mattress sales are finally here and Saatva is celebrating with a huge saving on one of the most impressive latex beds we've tested. There's now $400 off the Saatva Zenhaven Natural Latex Cooling mattress at Saatva, with a queen down to $3,099 (was $3,499).
Made from certified-organic latex, the flippable design allows you to choose between plush and medium-firm for tailored support. And it's in good company. The brand's flagship mattress, the Saatva Classic, is at the top of our guide to the best mattress of the year.
Both mattresses are excellent options for hot sleepers. However, our lead Zenhaven tester credit's the mattresses naturally cooling latex layer for helping her to sleep cool throughout a Texan heatwave. The Saatva Memorial Day sale could be the last chance to save $400 on the Zenhaven before the prices creep up again this summer.
This $400 discount is one of the best Saatva mattress sales we've seen this year, as it means a queen is now $3,099 (down from $3,499.) With the saving $100 bigger than last month's $300 discount, now is the right time to invest in the Zenhaven before any potential price hikes come into view. No matter when you buy, you'll always get industry-leading benefits that boost the value for money even further: free white glove delivery, a 365-night sleep trial, and a lifetime warranty. However, look out for a $99 returns fee if you decide the Zenhaven isn't for you.

Cooling comfort, long-lasting support, and environmentally friendly
The Saatva Zenhaven Mattress is a prime example of why investing in one of the best organic mattresses can pay off.
First of all, the Saatva Zenhaven has an all-foam build, meaning it's entirely constructed from GOLS-certified Dunlop latex foam. This highly durable foam, paired with the absence of easily-worn-out springs, means that the Zenhaven will likely last you up to 20 years (when cared for properly).
Its durable construction helps justify the Zenhaven’s current $3,099 queen price tag, as the mattress is built to provide long-lasting, sag-resistant support and a consistently refreshing sleep experience.
Speaking of support, our Saatva Zenhaven mattress review is full of praise for the proper spinal alignment that the Zenhaven encourages. Our lead tester says she had "some of the best sleep of her life on this mattress and woke up with fewer aches and pains" thanks to the five ergonomic zones for enhanced lumbar support.
The durable latex is also naturally perforated, enhancing the airflow for cooler sleep, and the organic cotton cover is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking. These cooling materials prove effective, as our reviewer said she "never overheated or sweated while sleeping."
That said, the Zenhaven is not a dedicated cooling model and relies on its natural build rather than advanced cooling tech for temperature regulation. Despite this, we still rank it as one of the best cooling mattress you can buy.
Finally, organic cotton and latex offer a sustainable and eco-friendly build that's inherently non-toxic, fiberglass-free, hypoallergenic, and antimicrobial.
Smaller budget? Try this instead..
Latex mattresses are a great investment thanks to their durability, but they often sit in the premium price tier. Even if the long-lasting construction does pay off in the long run, the luxury price tag can alienate a lot of shoppers.
However, that doesn't mean you need to miss out on the sustainable comfort and support of a latex mattress. We recently tested the Awara Classic Hybrid Mattress, now $799 for a queen at Awara Sleep in our Awara Classic Hybrid Mattress hands-on review and were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and support it offers for a mid-range price.
Our lead tester said she found the Awara comfortable and supportive in all sleep positions, plus its organic latex structure adds natural durability and breathability.
Mattress sales at Awara are pretty regular, so you'll almost always find a queen for $799 (Awara says its "total value" is $1,445). This mid-range price is incredible value for money, as the average sale price of a queen-sized latex mattress is $1,665. Benefits also include 365-night sleep trial, forever warranty, and free shipping and returns.
