In terms of the season 10 cliffhanger, there are two candidates for baby daddy to Hannah's unborn child (unless the show creators have a huge curve ball up their sleeve): Dr Dean Archer (Steven Weber) or Dr Mitch Ripley (Luke Mitchell). We don't know and it seems nobody else does either but there seems to be trouble ahead.

Meanwhile, as casualties continue to arrive (there's a house fire and a tragedy at a rave among other incidents to deal with), there are internal political conflicts over staffing issues that set colleagues against each other. Amidst all this, Dr Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) returns to dig up old relationships and trigger unresolved tensions.
