If you're thinking of gifting yourself (or someone else) a new mattress over the holiday season, you don't have to wait for Boxing Day to grab a good deal. Fancy getting cozy on a comfy and supportive premium mattress from Panda London and saving some money in the process? You're in luck, as the brand is currently offering 25% off in its Christmas sale, meaning a double Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro is £967.50 at Panda (was £1,290).
If you're looking for one of the best mattresses to stay cosy with this winter, the Panda Hybrid mattress is a great choice. It's supportive and comfortable, and thanks to the bamboo, stays fresh for longer. The four layer design gives a luxury feel, combining high-quality sustainable foams with seven zones of premium springs. While not as recognizable, Panda is a rising brand in the British mattress space, notable for their use of bamboo, which is antibacterial and hypoallergenic.
The closest point of comparison would be the Simba Hybrid Pro. This hybrid mattress has a similar build quality but costs around £181.50 more. The difference is Simba offers more premium benefits, including a 200-night trial and old mattress removal, as well as a bundle of free gifts. If you don't care about these extras though, you'll find the Panda is a refreshing alternatives that offers a wealth of benefits that are worth investing in.
This bed is far from a budget choice, at almost £1,000, but we would argue that the high quality of this premium brand makes it worth the cost, and the 25% actually makes it great value. The current discount is fantastic value for a supremely supportive bed. We recommend taking advantage of it as soon as possible. Here's why.
The Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro: twin from £950 now from £712.50 at Panda London
Our review: ★★★★½
Mattress summary: The Panda Bamboo Hybrid Mattress Pro has a medium-firm feel and is incredibly cool and comfortable to sleep on. In our Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro review, we praised this hybrid's excellent temperature regulation, partly due to the bamboo-infused 'BioCell' foam (as the name suggests, the brand uses bamboo in its products) which promotes airflow through the mattress. With its zoned springs and Panda's orthopaedic OrthoAlign foam, we also rated its top-notch support, pressure relief and ability to keep the spine aligned, and consider it a great choice for back and stomach sleepers. While it may be a bit firm for lightweight side sleepers, most people will find this eco-conscious mattress works for them. Plus, the excellent motion isolation makes it a strong choice for couples.
Price history: The current 25% off sale, puts this luxury mattress at an affordable price point, with a double going for £967.50 (was £1,290). A single was slightly cheaper during Black Friday, but the double is currently the same price, making it the cheapest price we're likely to see all year. If you want to upgrade your sleep setup with this quality hybrid, there's no reason to wait.
Benefits: 100-night trial | 10-year guarantee | free delivery and returns

Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress: from £649 now from £486.75 at Panda London
If you're not fussed about having the most luxurious mattress possible, Panda's cheaper model, the Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattress, is a great option. This medium firm hybrid has many of the same benefits of the luxury model, being antibacterial and hypoallergenic and featuring the same breathable 'BioCell' foam. While it's slightly less firm, according to the brand, and has alternatives to the zoned springs and OrthoAlign foam of the Pro, it's still made from six layers and has eco-friendly credentials just like its more expensive counterpart. A single is currently £486.75 (was £649) and you'll also get the same benefits that come with the Pro model — 100-night trial, 10-year guarantee and free delivery and returns.
