Scotland's Six Nations campaign hasn't gone to plan at all. They started with a win over England and looked fair set for a genuine title at the tile. The Scottish will have to play without one of their key try scores in Duhan van der Merwe, who is currently suspended. However, Hamish Watson and Matt Fagerson both return to the back row and there are also starts for George Turner at hooker, Kyle Steyn on the wing and Sam Johnson in the centre.
For Italy, hooker Giacomo Nicotera will make his debut while Callum Braley comes in for Stephen Varney at scrum-half.
