Black Friday has officially arrived at Leesa, bringing with it 30% off mattresses. You can save up to $700 on the best-selling Sapira Hybrid mattress at Leesa, bringing a queen down to $1,399 (was $1,999).
After sleeping on the Leesa Sapira Hybrid for three weeks to see how it compares to the best mattresses of the year, we were impressed by the comfort and support it offers for side and back sleepers, and just how well it dampens motion as a hybrid bed. That makes it a great choice for those who share a bed, particularly if you're also a combination sleeper.
Given that regular Leesa mattress sales typically see discounts of between 20%-25% off, the current 30% off Black Friday mattress sales offer means you're getting this premium hybrid mattress at one if its lowest prices. For the latest sales and discounts, follow along as we track the Black Friday mattress deals live.
Leesa Sapira Hybrid Mattress: twin was $1,349 now $944 at Leesa
The Leesa Sapira Hybrid Mattress is a six layer hybrid that includes high airflow foam and memory foam in the upper layers and 1,000 individually wrapped coils. We found this combination gives it the right level of contouring support that you'll find in some of the best hybrid mattresses. Right now, a twin is down to $944 (was $1,349) and a queen is $1,399 (was $1,999). This is the best discount we've seen at Leesa this year, matching what the brand offered for Memorial Day and Presidents' Day. Benefits include free shipping, a 120-night trial and a limited lifetime warranty.

Is this mattress right for you?
There's no denying the Leesa Sapira Hybrid is a quality mattress; it has CertiPUR-US certified premium foams, individually wrapped coils (which help reduce motion transfer that you typically get with springs) and a soft cover that features moisture-wicking viscose fibers. Plus, like all Leesa mattresses, it's GREENGUARD gold certified and fiberglass free.
The brand describes the Sapira Hybrid as medium to medium-firm, but we think it's more of a true medium. As such, it offers, in our reviewer's words, "exceptional alignment and comfort," in a side sleeping position, and is "highly comfortable" for back sleeping. However, it's likely to be too soft for stomach sleepers, most heavier sleepers or back sleepers who prefer something firmer.
Although it's more unusual for a hybrid, the Sapira Hybrid really excels in motion isolation (which means how well the mattress stops movement transferring across its surface). We scored it 5/5 stars in this area and for that reason, would recommend the Leesa Sapira Hybrid for couples.
However, if one or both of you are very hot sleepers, this mattress may not deliver the temperature regulation you need.
The cool-to-touch cover, high airflow foam featuring air channels punctured into it, and the coils should support a comfortable sleep for most, but our hot sleeping reviewer found this mattress warm several times during the testing period. If you do tend to overheat at night, one of the best cooling mattresses might be a better option.

DreamCloud Classic Hybrid Mattress: from $399 at DreamCloud
For an incredibly well-priced hybrid, this mattress can really hold its own against more luxurious brands. Earning four out of five stars in our DreamCloud Classic Mattress review, it's the best mattress in a box you can buy, taking into account comfort, support and value for money. The DreamCloud Classic supports most sleep positions, though its ideal for side sleepers and may be too soft for stomach sleepers, offers great pressure relief and strong edge support. Right now, a queen is $699 and you'll also get a free sleep bundle worth $599, including two pillows, a sheet set, and a mattress protector. Benefits are excellent too: a 365-night trial, lifetime warranty and free shipping.
