Neither of these natural mattresses is cheap, but the WinkBeds EcoCloud is more affordable than the Saatva Zenhaven Natural Latex, especially in the larger sizes.

• The Zenhaven is an all-latex mattress with a flippable design

The Saatva Zenhaven is made of natural and organic materials. Both sides of this flippable mattress consist of an organic cotton cover with specialized quilting in the middle for lumbar support. That's followed by a layer of organic New Zealand wool (mixed with rayon and polyester), which not only adds breathability and softness, but also serves as a flame retardant.

The ventilated, five-zone GOLS-certified organic latex layer determines the firmness (or softness) of that side, all while providing pressure relief and cooling. At the center are a pair of durable latex support cores for stability.

The WinkBeds EcoCloud is a hybrid mattress made from latex and coils. The cover is a blend of organic cotton and sustainable New Zealand wool.
