Intel Updates Centrino 2 CPU Pricing
Intel has set the pricing for six 45nm dual-core notebook CPUs it is planning to launch in late June along with its Centrino 2 notebook platform, according to sources at notebook makers. The CPUs will have model numbers of X9100, T9600, P9500, T9400, P8600 and P9400 and be priced at $851, $530, $348, $316, $241 and $209, respectively, in thousand-unit tray quantities.
