Does Newegg offer free shipping?

Although Newegg offers free shipping, it's not always available on all products. To find out if the device you want includes free shipping, just look at the product page for any orange banner that says "FREE SHIPPING", which is usually located above the price. If you live in or near City of Industry in California, you can also drive up to Newegg's Will Call center to pick up purchases made online. Any orders that don't qualify for free shipping will incur costs based on your location and which items you're purchasing.

Is there a Newegg sale?

Newegg frequently runs sales throughout the year, with seasonal savings around big holidays like Christmas, New Year's and Black Friday, as well as spot sales on selected items throughout the year. Does Newegg sell refurbished tech?

Yes, Newegg stocks a range of open box & refurbished items, each listed with a breakdown of its condition so you know exactly how close to like-new you can expect. Refurbished deals can range from robot vacuums to OLED TVs, and can save you as much as 40% off the usual price of selected items.

Is there a Newegg trade-in program?

If you're looking to replace your CPU or GPU, the Newegg trade-in program lets you sell your old components for up to $1,350 when you buy a replacement. To get started, head to the dedicated trade-in page, then find a part you want to purchase, fill out the trade-in form, and provide details about the old part you're replacing to get a quote.

If you're happy with the quoted price for your old component, proceed with your request to be sent a pre-paid shipping label. Once Newegg receive your old part, your account will be credited the amount you were quoted, which can be redeemed against your order for the new part.

What is the Newegg Rebate Center?

Newegg's rebate center lists all the currently available mail-in rebates. Unlike coupons which can be activated instantly, rebate must be mailed in along with the UPC bar label from the product you purchased. As a result, you'll have to pay full price for the item you want and then you'll get your discount back after the manufacturer has processed your rebate.

What is the Newegg return policy?

Customers can send most items back to Newegg within 30 days of making their purchase completely free of charge. This policy is often extended to 90 days for refurbished items.
