Amazon’s customizable t-shirts are 10% off right now for Mother’s Day — and I made the most purrfect designs for that cat mom in my life
Nothing beats a purrfect gift
Mother’s Day is just a few days away, and this morning I was scrambling for ideas. Sure, there are plenty of gadgets, accessories, and clothing items you can get mom for her special day — but they can’t match the personal touch of a custom gift.
I’m talking about Amazon’s customizable t-shirts, which are 10% off ahead of Mother’s Day. Normally $15, you can currently design something special for just $13. I created three designs for the cat mom in my life, and I bet she’s going to get a kick out of them. You don’t want to wait too long because Prime members can get delivered by Friday if you order right now.
Get mom something truly personalized with Amazon's custom t-shirt, which you can design using photos, fonts, and stickers to truly make it a one-of-a-kind gift that mom will be surprised about. You'll have different options to choose from, including the size and color.
It’s amazing that I created three different t-shirt designs in less than 15 minutes using Amazon’s customization tool. Before I started, I used photo editing software to remove the backgrounds from the cat photos I wanted to use. That way, they look much cleaner once uploaded. If you want to save even more time, you can also ask tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini to handle the heavy lifting for you.

What I really love about Amazon’s design portal is how user-friendly it is, with several options to personalize the look. After I uploaded the first set of photos — which show one of our cats doing various yoga poses while napping — I used the alignment guides to ensure they were perfectly centered. For another design, I carefully layered the photos to place one cat in front of the other.
I even used Google Gemini to create a collage from a set of photos and applied a stylized stencil print, but I also love how it even generated some hilarious titles. You’ll want to experiment to see what suits your style, but getting help from AI definitely makes these designs look more compelling.
Once I settled on the colors and sizes, I checked out and am now just waiting for delivery. This is probably one of the most unexpected Mother’s Day gifts you can get — just don’t wait too long, because you still need to allow time for printing and shipping.
