Taking place at Turin's Inalpi Arena, WWE Clash in Italy is a historic event for WWE, as it marks the company's first-ever Premium Live Event to take place in Italy. And for those fans in attendance, Clash in Italy has put together a stacked card.
In the main event spot, it's Roman Reigns once again defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu in a rematch from the pair's Backlash match earlier this month. While the OTC was able to sneak out with the win at Backlash, this time these cousins will go to battle under Tribal Combat rules, as Fatu looks to win his first WWE World Title.
Confirmed to open the show, it's Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes putting his gold on the line against Gunther. The Ring General is sure to get a huge reaction from his fellow Europeans at Clash in Italy, and there's an extremely strong chance that the big Austrian walks out of Turin with the WWE Title.
Like Rhodes vs. Gunther, Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill has been confirmed for WWE Clash in Italy's first hour, which will air for free on the ESPN app for those in the US. Here, it's Jade looking to regain the WWE Women's Championship that she lost to Mami at WrestleMania 42, and Cargill will surely have B-Fab and Michin at ringside as she looks to get the job done.
The other title match at Clash in Italy will feature Becky Lynch defending the Women's Intercontinental Championship against Raw newcomer Sol Ruca. A DQ win for Ruca over Becky at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event put this match in place, and Sol is aiming to win her first piece of main roster gold just a matter of weeks after leaving NXT behind.
Rounding out a crammed five-match card, the believed-to-be-retired Brock Lesnar isn't as retired as we were all led to believe at WrestleMania 42. Having lost to Oba Femi at the Showcase of the Immortals, Brock gets a second shot at the Ruler at Clash in Italy, with Lesnar having recently returned to WWE TV to leave Oba lying with four F-5s.
