Nectar Sleep has launched its big Boxing Day 2023 sale and in it you can get a Nectar Mattress from just £379. There's a massive 60% reduction on all sizes, with a double Nectar Memory Foam Mattress reduced to £479.60 (was £1,199) and you'll get free delivery, a lifetime warranty and a 365-night trial with that. It's excellent value for money for one of the best mattresses of 2024

We crowned the Nectar Mattress as the best memory foam mattress for all sleepers, but particularly back and stomach sleepers who enjoy the hug of memory foam yet who need a firmer feeling foam mattress to keep their spine aligned when sleeping in those positions. Our testers also found the Nectar to be a breathable choice for hot sleepers (read more in our Nectar memory foam mattress review),.

Monthly Nectar mattress deals and sales offer discounts ranging from 40 to 55% off, so this 60% discount is on the higher side and therefore a great time to buy the Nectar Memory Foam Mattress. The Emma Original is one of Nectar’s biggest rivals and in the Boxing Day sales you can buy a double size Emma Original for £449 at Emma Sleep, so it is slightly cheaper. However you only a 200-night trial and a 10-year warranty with the Emma and it sleeps warmer and is more contouring (hugging) than the Nectar.

Summary: The Nectar Memory Foam mattress is 25cm thick and medium-firm making it ideal for all sleeping styles but particularly comfortable for back and stomach sleepers. It’s a five-layer all-foam mattress. It has a quilted cool cover to help keep sleepers cool overnight, although, because this is all foam it does give off some heat. There is then a dynamic foam support layer which also works towards helping dissipate some of the heat away from the body. Next is a pressure-relieving layer which will help cradle your body and finally a support layer which has seven different zones of support to target all areas of the body. When it comes to motion isolation this mattress does a great job so even the most restless couples will find they have a good night's sleep.

Price history: This Nectar mattress isn’t the cheapest all-foam mattress on the market but for the level of comfort and support we think that it’s well-priced. Usually, we see around a 40-50% reduction on Nectar mattresses during mattress sales throughout the year, but this 60% discount is such a good deal. During Nectar's Boxing Day sale, you can save £719.40 on a double mattress (was £1,199). This is the cheapest we’ve seen this mattress in months and we don’t think you’ll see such a good deal for quite some time so if you’ve been thinking about getting a new Nectar Memory Foam mattress, now is the best time to buy. For this price, you also get a good sleep trial with 365 nights, a forever warranty and free named day shipping.

Benefits:  365-night trial | Forever warranty | Free delivery
