"Strictly Come Dancing" 2025 premieres with the "Launch show" on BBC One on Saturday, September 20.

"Strictly" streams free on BBC iPlayer at the same time as its TV airing.

Episodes will go out weekly on a Saturday but may be adjusted due to live events being broadcast by the BBC. There are also the results shows, airing every Sunday.

The behind the scenes spin-off "It Takes Two" will air on Mondays on BBC Two and will also be available on BBC iPlayer.
