Czech Republic take on Ireland this Thursday in a crucial World Cup play-off qualifying semi-final with free streaming available on RTE Player (Ireland).

Kick-off is at 3:45 p.m. ET / 7:45 p.m. GMT / 6:45 a.m. AEDT (Friday).

Czech Republic vs Ireland: Free Stream

Ireland will have been delighted simply to make it this far, with Troy Parrott’s last-gasp goal against Hungary securing this play-off tie. Now, however, they find themselves just two games away from their first World Cup since 2002, and they won’t be content with merely making up the numbers.

Parrott is the man the Boys in Green will look to, having scored five goals across in his previous two qualifiers.

For the Czech Republic, a return to the World Cup has also been a long time coming. They have not qualified since 2006 and, while the players will be desperate to win, attention has been diverted elsewhere, with the country’s football system currently embroiled in a match-fixing scandal.
