The sunrise function sees the clock's light gradually get brighter over 30 minutes to ease you awake, and there even are specific wake up programs you can set, which feature different light colors and sounds.

If you struggle to relax in the evenings, you can choose from the vast library including sleep sounds, meditations and podcasts, and the sunset option will slowly dim the light over 30 minutes to help you fall asleep. Again, you can create your own wind down program with customizable light and sound options.

While you can control using buttons on the clock itself, but will need to use the smartphone app and to understand how Bluetooth connectivity works to set up your device and the routines you want for the morning and evening.
