Beats could release new colors just in time for iPhone 17 — but I want the ones from this K-pop superstar

"Some new Beats are coming out and they've got bows on them" is as far as this news story should go. That's all the information I need before I can say "yes, I need a pair of those to put on my head."
You'll probably want more information, however. It's a collaboration between K-pop star JENNIE and Beats, celebrating the release of her new album "Ruby." As such, they're very red and feature some extra touches beyond the bows for JENNIE fans.
There's more from Beats as well, although it's more on the 'unofficial' side. There's been a leak of some new colors — but more on that later.
Ruby Red and smothered with bows
Look at them. Look at them. They're wonderful. My love for Blackpink and JENNIE aside, they're perhaps one of the most in-depth collaborations between a headphone manufacturer and a pop star. Sony's K-pop collabs have looked nothing like this, and merely focus on releasing a new color.
Those bows on the headphones can be removed, but the fun visuals on the earpads can't be. Not that anyone is going to be able to see them while you're wearing them, but you'll know they're there.
The case has been given a ruby red makeover as well to really hone in on the collab's potential. You'll be able to buy some starting September 5, and will arrive at select Apple stores: Apple The Grove, Los Angeles, Apple Fifth Avenue, New York City, Apple Myeongdong, Seoul, Apple Jing’an, Shanghai and Apple Omotesando, Tokyo.
You can also buy a pair from the Apple store online, where you'll pay $199. Get notified of their release on the Beats Collaborations website.

New Beats colors
Here's your first look at 5 new upcoming Beats colors:1. Beats Solo BudsInternal Color Name - Icing pic.twitter.com/T9jsz34M42September 2, 2025
It looks like we're also going to get some new Beats colors alongside the new iPhone 17 as well. Macrumors' aaronp613, has posted some renders of new Beats colors. First up are the Beats Solo Buds, and their new "Icing" shade. It's a kind of creamy, off white. Delicious.
The Beats Solo 4 are getting some more colors, with new internal names. There's Champagne Gold and Rose Gold. One is "gold gold" while the other is a pinker hue. Finally, the Studio Pro could be launching soon in Sand Gray (also known as "Dark Slate internally), and Soft Pink (or just "Pink" to Beats).
According to the MacRumors report, they might be launched alongside the iPhone 17 models in the Awe Dropping event.
