The JLab Epic Open Sport are a reliable pair of waterproof (IP55) open earbuds that won’t let you down, whether you’re heading out on a run in the rain or joining a relaxing yoga session. They let in all of the ambient sound around you to help you stay safe when out and about, and at the same time provide a balanced sound profile to keep you motivated with your favorite tunes. The JLab Epic Open Sport are the most reliable workout earbuds I've used thanks to their secure fit, even when out running. They flex around the arch of your ear and sit at the entrance of your ear canal, directing the sound inwards to give you the best sound possible.

They offer 30 hours of battery life with the charging case, which is great considering their budget price. I was able to get seven hours of listening time in the buds without the case, so if you’re heading out on a walk, you may not need to take the case with you, saving space in your pockets.

The earbuds allow you to choose between using touch-sensitive controls or button controls, which is very useful if you’re moving around a lot as this can affect the accuracy of touch controls. I always opt for button controls when working out to have more control, so I love this option.
