iPhone 17 and 17 Pro colors — these are your options (and our favorites)

The iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro have officially arrived! And while the impressive tech upgrades always seem to steal the spotlight, what we're most excited for this time around are the color options.

Revealed today at Apple "Awe Dropping" event, the latest iPhone 17 lineup offers a fresh palette of colors that are definitely drawing some attention. Sure, you can still grab the iPhone 17 in classic colors like Black and White, but we're also seeing bold new finishes like Lavender and Sage. When it comes to the iPhone 17 Pro, we're missing one popular color in particular that's already shocking iPhone users.

Below, I've outlined every color available for the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro. I'll also share some of my favorite picks and why I think they standout from the rest. Take a look at these options before iPhone 17 preorders start on Friday, September 12.

iPhone 17 colors

The new iPhone 17 will be available in five gorgeous hues: Lavender, Mist Blue, Black, White and Sage. The palette is a combination of soft pastels and calming hues. The cool colors are sleek, refined and stay true to Apple's signature style.

My personal favorite option is Sage. Not only because it's a popular, earthy and elegant color, but no prior Apple device has been available in the shade. You can't go wrong with the classic Black or White iPhone, although, the Mist Blue and Lavender options are also pretty tempting in my opinion.

iPhone 17 Pro Colors

The iPhone 17 Pro will be available in Silver, Cosmic Orange and Deep Blue. If you're going to get a phone as powerful and bold as the iPhone 17 Pro, I think these striking finishes are exceptionally fitting. The Silver and Deep Blue offer and classic and sophisticated look, while Cosmic Orange offers is certainly the more daring option.

And while you can't go wrong with any of these shades, it is a bit shocking that the 17 Pro is not currently being offered in Black like previous models.
