Sleep is the first thing affected when I'm stressed, with racing thoughts making it difficult to fall (and stay) asleep — and I'm not alone. According to a survey from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, 74% of Americans report experiencing disrupted sleep due to stress.

However, it's now officially Stress Awareness Month, so I've invested in products that help me build a relaxing nighttime routine for better sleep.
