Burnley hand a Premier League start to Jay Rodriguez for the first time this season, while Sander Berge is also included.

Ebere Eze is only fit enough for a place on the Crystal Palace bench, while Tyrick Mitchell has been passed fit to feature.

Burnley will be searching for a much-needed win when they do battle with Crystal Palace this weekend. Vincent Kompany's team took the Championship by storm last term, but they have struggled to adapt to life in the top tier, losing eight of their first 10 matches to sit second-bottom ahead of this weekend's fixtures.

Burnley have been too easy to play against. Only Sheffield Utd have conceded more goals, while the Clarets are yet to keep a clean sheet. After a 2-1 loss to Bournemouth in the EPL last weekend, Burnley were beaten 3-0 by Everton in the EFL Cup on Wednesday.

Crystal Palace are currently seven points clear of the drop zone but they could do with a win here too. Roy Hodgson's side have taken just one point from the last nine available, with the absence of creative duo Eze and Michael Olise hitting them hard.

Palace should have more than enough to survive but they will need to improve if they are to fulfill Hodgson's stated aim of a top-half finish.
