DreamCloud finally launches a mattress topper — and it's both cooling and customizable
The brand new cooling Softer and Firmer Toppers offers the luxury of DreamCloud's mattresses for less

Premium sleep brand DreamCloud has just launched its first ever mattress toppers, and they are designed to add the sleep brand's signature luxury to any bed.
The two new mattress toppers have different feels, with one being soft and the other firm, but both aim to offer the cooling comfort of DreamCloud's premium mattresses at a fraction of the price.
DreamCloud has frequently placed high in our best mattress guide, but the memory foam designs of its new mattress toppers mean the brand could find itself in this year's best mattress toppers guide, too.
Release date: August 2025
Sizes: 6 (twin, twin XL, full queen, king, and Cal king)
Warranty: One year
Trial: 30 nights
Price: from $149 at DreamCloud
At 2" thick, both DreamCloud Mattress Toppers feature gel-infused memory foam and breathable covers with cooling yarns. The DreamCloud Firmer Mattress Topper is made to add firmness and pressure-reliving support, while the DreamCloud Softer Topper is built for providing comfort and softening hard beds.
Price-wise, you can buy either DreamCloud Mattress Topper from $149 at DreamCloud. You'll also get free shipping, a 30-night sleep trial and a one-year warranty.
DreamCloud prices stay pretty steady throughout the year, so we don't expect to see further price drops for the Labor Day mattress sales. Still, this is still one of the best mattress topper deals we've seen this month when considering the high-quality of DreamCloud products.
DreamCloud Mattress Toppers: Price
The DreamCloud Mattress Toppers come in Firmer and Softer models, but there's no difference in price between the two models and both are available in six sizes: twin, twin XL, full, queen, king, and California king. Here are the prices of both the Softer and Firmer DreamCloud Mattress Topper in today's DreamCloud mattress sales:

- DreamCloud Mattress Topper twin: $149
- DreamCloud Mattress Topper twin XL: $149
- DreamCloud Mattress Topper full: $179
- DreamCloud Mattress Topper queen: $179
- DreamCloud Mattress Topper king: $199
- DreamCloud Mattress Topper Cal king: $199
At $179 for a queen, the DreamCloud Mattress Topper is relatively affordable for a luxury memory foam mattress topper — especially since the average price of a queen memory foam topper is $299. Cooling mattress toppers aren't any cheaper either, with the average queen-sized cooling topper around $375. For instance, our no. 1 cooling mattress topper, the MOLECULE CopperWELL Topper, is usually sold at its MSRP of $249.99 (queen size).
Extras are pretty average, however. The 30-night trial is the average length for a mattress topper, while the one-year warranty is pretty low when you consider most mattress toppers come with a warranty of around three to five years.
DreamCloud Mattress Toppers (queen): $179 at DreamCloud
You can now choose a DreamCloud Firmer Mattress Topper if you need support or buy a DreamCloud Softer Mattress Topper if you want to soften a hard bed. Both start at just $149 for a twin or twin XL and also come with free shipping and returns, a 30-night sleep trial, and a one-year warranty.
DreamCloud Mattress Toppers: Features
DreamCloud is renowned for its top quality hybrid mattresses that offer affordable luxury, so we have high hopes for the brand's even more affordable mattress toppers. Like the best memory foam mattress toppers guide, both use gel-infused memory encased in a breathable cover with cooling yarns.
Of course, as the topper is available in both a Softer and Firmer version, the designs differ. The firmer model features support foam for enhanced firmness and spine alignment, while the softer model features body-contouring foam for enhanced softness and pressure relief.
