Liverpool will be eager to notch a win after a draw against Manchester City last time out. Jurgen Klopp will have to make do without Alisson and Fabinho, who are unavailable after playing for Brazil yesterday. Caoimhin Kelleher takes Alisson's place in goal, while Trent Alexander-Arnold returns at right-back and James Milner moves into midfield. Up front, Klopp can rely on the formidable front three of Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.

Watford are hoping for a fresh start under the leadership of Claudio Ranieri, the 16th permanent manager in 10 years at Vicarage Road. He's had to do a bit of juggling here, with Francisco Sierralta and Joshua King both injured; Craig Cathcart and Cucho Hernandez come in for them, while Ozan Tufan is dropped to the bench and Adam Masina takes his place.

But while the Hornets are heavy underdogs, winger Ismaila Sarr poses quite a bit of danger when he's on the break. And perhaps the club will experience a bit of New Manager Energy and give Liverpool a tough outing. Ranieri, after all, is the coach who took Leicester City to their famous Premier League title in 2016.

Here's how they line up:

Watford: Foster, Femenia, Troost-Ekong, Cathcart, Rose, Sarr, Kucka, Sissoko, Masina, Hernandez, Bonaventure.

Liverpool: Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Keita, Salah, Firmino, Mane.
