Memory foam is a man made material that's infamous for trapping heat. Despite this, I never woke up due to overheating or nightsweats during the Coop Original Adjustable Pillow review period.

In my experience, the pillow remained a comfortable neutral temperature thanks to the poly-fiber (which prevents clumping and therefore better airflow) and the breathable Lulltra pillowcase.

However, very hot sleepers might need something packed with specialist cooling fibres. While upgrading to Coop's Cool+ Pillow might be a cost-effective option, if you're after consistently cool sleep, the below Casper deal is what I'd recommend:
