Le Creuset creates iconic premium cookware from the iconic Dutch Oven to the Signature Skillet. But, it's not only the only thing that's iconic about the brand, it's also dedicated to adding a splash of color.
And for summer 2026, a whole new colorway is bringing the outdoors in with Riviera, described by the brand as: "Breezey and exuberant, a breath of sea air instantly transports you to sun-drenched shores and luminous days by the water."
While all that sounds lovely, in color terms it translates into a blue-green hue with a classic gold knob (on relevant products) for that timeless Le Creuset look. So, if you're looking to expand your collection or start an entirely new one, this summery set might be just the right fit.

Breezy and beautiful
So, where does Riviera fit in with the rest of the Le Creuset colorways? Well, the brand says it'll be found: "Equally at home alongside soft neutrals or bold, expressive brights, Riviera moves seamlessly, from calm and composed, to vibrant and playful. It's a color with range, carrying you from the kitchen to a coastal afternoon with ease."
Whether you pair it with the vibrant sailor blue of Marseille or the deep yellows of Nectar, it's up to you. What this collection seems to represent though is the vivid, bright and breezy nature of summertime. So, a new colorway like this times in perfectly as the sun begins to shine.
As is usually the case with Le Creuset's color launches, you'll be able to buy 41 different items from the cookware collection in the new Rivieria. For me, I've already narrowed it down to a shortlist and here's the five I'm adding to my basket straight away.

What's in my basket
You can't go far wrong with a Signature Oval Dutch Oven ranging from the 4.5 qt for $400 up to the 7.25 qt for $480, depending on how many servings you're hoping to cook up. The enameled cast iron design makes for great cooking, no seasoning, and an easy-to-clean stylish cookware addition.
Another iconic Le Creuset piece is the Signature Skillet, a kitchen essential for searing, sauteing, stir-frying and more. It's the lightest weight cast iron by quart on the market and it'll even wash up nicely in your dishwasher.
Riviera may have just launched, but there's already a saving to be had with 30% off this three-piece baking dish set. They can be used for anything from marinating meats to baking up desserts and with three different sizes, there's no reason you can't do multiple bakes at the same time.
I love a good Pepper Mill, especially in a vibrant color that adds a pop to my kitchen. And the acrylic build means it doesn't absorb odors or moisture, as well as being super easy to wipe clean. With a few colors already sold out, I'm adding this one to my basket quickly.
Le Creuset's Vancouver mugs are also a popular pick at only $25 and fit in nicely with any mug collection you're already growing. At time of writing, 7 colorways were already sold out, but you can grab the Riviera just in time for summer with its generous 14 oz capacity.
