Le Creuset is already retiring one of my favorite new colorways, but it's $175 off while stocks last

Le Creuset is well-known for its premium cookware from the iconic Dutch Oven to the Signature Skillet. But, it's not only the only thing that's iconic about the brand.

It's also known for releasing a wide range of colors that'll slot right into your home with ease. And building your very own Le Creuset collection based on your favorite color(s) can be quite a fun hobby, as well as looking great in your kitchen.

Every once in a while though, to make way for new ones, like the matte black Gourmand Collection, older colors find themselves getting discontinued, and there's a new one facing the chopping block.

If you've been harnessing your inner collector and growing your set, you might want to pay attention. And if you're thinking about starting a collection but have been held back by the price tags, now is your time to shine.

Confident, calm, creative

Le Creuset Sage collection

Arriving alongside spring 2024, the Sage collection is described by Le Creuset as "A glossy, graduated green-blue, accentuated with a light gold knob, Sage adds a creamy, yet crisp visual flavor to every dish and décor it graces."

And apart from making me feel hungry, it's a perfect description of this pastel collection that emulates its namesake herb. Unfortunately, Sage is the collection heading into retirement.

Fortunately, Le Creuset says this flexible green pairs well with a wide range of other colors, suggesting both pastels or bright colors to build your collection.

And there's plenty of options that aren't being retired (just yet) that could bolster your set long after Sage is gone. Since we're in the 'ber months, perhaps you could give your collection an autumnal twist with Artichaut or White.

For now though, Sage is where you'll enjoy some heavily discounted prices and I've shortlisted five of the best below, while stocks last.

Today's top deals

Le Creuset Signature Oval Dutch Oven
Le Creuset Signature Oval Dutch Oven: was $475 now $300 at Le Creuset

The Signature Round Dutch Oven is already sold out, but the Oval is every bit as good. At 8 qt. you'll be able to cook up 7-8 servings worth of meals ranging from slow-cooking to braising, roasting, baking, frying and more. Oval is also a solid option if you're cooking up larger cuts of meat, whole chickens or baking oval-shaped loaves of bread. Now $175 off.

Le Creuset Signature Everyday Pan
Le Creuset Signature Everyday Pan: was $180 now $144 at Le Creuset

The 11 in. Everyday Pan is exactly that, a pan that'll work with you day-in-day-out, whether you're roasting, frying, cooking up sauces, prepping a one-pan meal and so much more. Plus, it makes all of that easier by transferring easily between cooktop to oven. And when you've used it tirelessly, you can clean it up easily by sticking it in the dishwasher.

Le Creuset Heritage Rectangular Casserole
Le Creuset Heritage Rectangular Casserole: was $135 now $108 at Le Creuset

This is a wonderful piece for your collection if you're an avid baker of desserts or love to whip up an easy casserole. While the lid helps lock in moisture and heat, it's also a perfect way ensure your food can travel between your home, or even out of it. Safe for freezer, oven, microwave, broiler and dishwasher.

Le Creuset Mini Round Cocotte
Le Creuset Mini Round Cocotte: was $32 now $22 at Le Creuset

Traversing the Le Creuset sale can be a little fiddly and while the Mini Round Cocotte doesn't have a sale tag, it most certainly is $10 off. Excellent for little bakes and pies, you can whip up individual servings just for you or to help with presentation when impressing your guests.

Le Creuset Vancouver Mug
Le Creuset Vancouver Mug: was $24 now $19.20 at Le Creuset

I love a Le Creuset mug and I'm not surprised to see that the Vancouver mug is one of the brand's bestsellers. What I like most about this one is its 14 oz. capacity meaning you can enjoy a great cup of coffee or even serve up your soup on a cold day. Fortunately, it's still in stock, even with an almost $5 discount.
