HBO teases new seasons of 'Euphoria,' 'House of the Dragon' and more in first-look trailer

We're in the final weeks of the year, which means that all eyes are looking toward 2026, especially where TV networks are concerned. And one of the biggest — and buzziest, especially after the industry-shaking news of that Netflix-Warner Bros. merger hit last week — streaming services around is giving viewers an early holiday gift in the form of an HBO Max 2026 teaser reel spotlighting the return of some of the network's most hotly anticipated series, from "Euphoria" to "House of the Dragon" to "The Pitt" and more.

Today (Dec. 12), HBO released the two-minute "Coming in 2026" teaser, packed with new clips from returning shows such as "Dune: Prophecy" season 2, "Industry" season 4 and "The Comeback" season 3 — which sees Lisa Kudrow reprise her iconic character, Valerie Cherish, 11 years after the second season aired — as well as never-before-seen footage from upcoming new series like "Lanterns," "War," "Rooster," "Half Man" and an untitled Larry David Project.

The promo highlights several big-name stars across its various titles, from comedy legends like Steve Carell, Jerry Seinfeld and Mel Brooks to dramatic staples like Kyle Chandler, Carrie Coon and, of course, Zendaya. The teaser clip also includes previously released scenes from other HBO originals like "Hacks," "The Gilded Age" and the "Game of Thrones" prequel "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," all of which will also be hitting the Home Box Office streamer in the coming year.
