Looking to skip the scrolling and dive right into streaming new on Netflix this week? If you turn to what's trending on the streaming service, you might stumble onto another top watch, but you can't always guarantee that what's in Netflix's top 10 shows list will necessarily be worth committing to.

Well, that's what I'd usually say, at least, but right now, there's a wealth of great shows in the streamer's charts right now. That means the hardest part of putting together this week's edition of our usual guide to Netflix's most popular watches was actually choosing which ones not to include (Sorry, "The Night Agent" season 3).

'Bridgerton'

Netflix's hit period romance might have slipped from the top spot, but that's surely only because most people who already wanted to see how Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie Baek's (Yerin Ha) romance panned out have already seen it, right? Well, if you've not managed to find time in your schedule to catch up on the "Bridgerton" season 4 part 2 yet, you should.

"Bridgerton" season 4 focuses on Violet Bridgerton's bohemian second son. While his brothers Anthony and Colin are both happily married now, Benedict doesn't seem ready to settle down just yet — though a chance encounter with a Lady in Silver (whom we know to be Sophie) at a masquerade ball leaves him awestruck and determined to uncover her identity.

'The Dinosaurs'

Billed by Netflix as "an epic journey into a lost world" and boasting some major names — it's executive produced by "Jurassic Park" director Steven Spielberg and narrated by none other than Morgan Freeman — "The Dinosaurs" is a must-watch documentary for dino lovers.

It's the latest project from the award-winning "Our Planet" team and, across four episodes, charts the rise and fall of the dinosaurs across hundreds of millions of years. Evidently, plenty of Netflix's subscriber base do love these prehistoric predators; the "Jurassic World" franchise currently occupies four of the ten spots in Netflix's movie charts, and this four-part dino docuseries rocketed straight to the top spot following its release on March 6.

'Vladimir'

In her "Vladimir" review, TG's Alix Blackburn pitched Netflix's new dramedy as "a provocative, cheeky comedy-drama with electric chemistry and addictive 20-30 minute episodes," and a series that's both "packed with humor, sexual tension, and obsession" and "playful and compelling." And if the new arrival's fourth-place position in Netflix's streaming charts is anything to go by, clearly, plenty of subscribers are hooked, too.

If you're yet to dive in, "Vladimir" was adapted by Julia May Jonas from her own 2022 novel of the same name. In it, we follow "The Protagonist," (Rachel Weisz), a middle-aged professor with a wayward husband and a messy daughter who becomes increasingly obsessed with Vladimir (Leo Woodall), a new young hire at her liberal arts college.

If it’s in the theaters or available to stream somewhere, he’s probably watched it… especially if it has a dragon in it. When he’s not watching the next must-see movie or show, he’s probably still in front of a screen playing massive RPGs, reading, spending a fortune on TCGs, or watching the NFL.
