The ring comes in Black, Stealth, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and Brushed Titanium.

As a fitness editor, I’m lucky enough to test some of the best fitness trackers on the market, and the Oura Ring is the tracker I swear by. Sure, it’s not as useful as one of the best Garmins for tracking my running training, or one of the best Apple Watches for replying to messages on the move, but it’s really changed my relationship with my body, and given me advanced insights into my sleep, menstrual cycle, and overall health.
