I’m a side sleeper and bedding tester — these are the 3 body pillows I’d shop for cozy rest this fall
From adjustable models to luxury bamboo breathability — prices start from $51
The clocks have gone back, temperatures have dropped and we have shorter days — all signaling the beginning of hibernation season. For me, this sounds like the right time to start paying back my sleep debt, and one way to do it is to upgrade my bedroom by adding a plush body pillow such as the Coop Original Adjustable Body Pillow, now $74.25 with 25% off at Coop Sleep Goods.
As a combination sleeper who naturally rolls over to my side a few minutes after entering dreamland, a body pillow is the perfect companion to prevent an awkward curled-up position and ensure a healthy posture in bed. It works in a similar way to the best pillows for side sleepers, by distributing weight evenly throughout the body and helping your outer hip and shoulders stay in correct alignment with your spine.

1. Cozy Earth Bamboo Down Alternative Body Pillow: was $144 now $115.20 at Cozy Earth
Thinking of gifting luxury sleep this holiday for your loved one or yourself? I'd recommend this Cozy Earth body pillow comprising of 60% recycled polyester and 40% bamboo-viscose, complete with a breathable soft 100% bamboo-viscose cover. Yes, it's expensive, but we expect the premium price tag to deliver premium plush down-alternative feel as the brand claims. You can now find it at 20% off dropping the price from $144 to $115.20.

2. Coop Original Adjustable Body Pillow: was $99 now $74.25 at Coop Sleep Goods
Coop Sleep Goods is no stranger to the bedding industry— featured in our best pillows guide for all sleepers. The Adjustable Body Pillow, in simple terms, is an elongated version of their top-selling Original Adjustable Pillow I've reviewed, crafted from a combination of contouring memory foam and cushioning microfiber. You can add or remove the fill to suit your sleeping preferences, which means the firmness and overall feel is completely under your control. It comes enclosed in a breathable soft-knitted Lulltra fabric (polyester and bamboo-viscose blend) that's both removable and machine-washable. Right now, you can find it with 25% off in Coop's holiday sale, which drops the price from $99 to $74.25. Best part? You also get a 100-night sleep trial, 5-year warranty and free shipping.

3. Nestl Cooling Body Pillow: was $54.99 $51.07 at Amazon
Here's the cheapest alternative out of the three, with over 7,000 rave reviews on Amazon. While on first glance the adjustable build is similar to the Coop body pillow above, Nestl focuses on delivering cooling comfort which side sleepers who regularly struggle with overheating might love. It also has a cover with a cool-to-touch feel on one side and soft bamboo rayon fabric on the other, so you can flip the pillow as per your sleep needs. The Nestl Cooling Body Pillow is now 7% off, reducing the price to $51.07 (was $54.99). However, this is not the lowest price I've seen for the Nestl (it was just $35.99 back in April), so I'd recommend holding off until Black Friday if you're not in a hurry.
