After winning the college football playoffs last year, Ohio State fell short of the championship game this time around after being beaten 24-14 by the number 10 seeded Miami Hurricanes in the Cotton Bowl. Despite leading the game from the second minute, it took a CharMar Brown touchdown with 55 seconds left on the clock to seal Miami's passage to the Fiesta Bowl. Can they now seal a first NCAA title since 2001?
Ole Miss Rebels also progressed in a thriller, trailing Georgia going into the last quarter of the Sugar Bowl. Touchdowns from Kewan Lacy and Harrison Wallace III helped the Mississippi college to 17 points for the period, before Lucas Carneiro held his nerve to nail a 47-yard field goal and the win. Now they have the chance to break a 64-year hex and win their first national championship since legendary coach Johnny Vaught delivered three between 1959-1962.
As ever, the schools will head to Arizona for this massive game, with more than 60,000 supporters set to fill the State Farm Stadium in Glendale. Here's how to watch Fiesta Bowl 2026 college football from anywhere in the world, and potentially for free.
