Looking to binge-watch a new Netflix series this week? If you turn to what's trending on the streaming service, you might stumble onto another top watch, but you can't always guarantee that what's in Netflix's top 10 shows list will always be worth committing to.
That's typically how I start my weekly round-up, where I take a look at the Netflix charts, but (just like last week), the streamer's top 10 list is full of worthy picks, so I've settled on the most new and noteworthy recommendations (it's about time I stopped shouting out "Bridgerton" season 4, anyway).
As usual, I've broken the Netflix top 10 show list down to the three shows I think are most deserving of your precious streaming time this week. You can find some more info about my three top picks and a full round-up of everything that's in the Netflix top 10 shows list below.

Best shows in the Netflix top 10
'One Piece: Into the Grand Line'
Netflix's live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's legendary "One Piece" series returned last week to whisk us off for another batch of bigger and better adventures. After storming the streamer's charts back in 2023, Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his Straw Hat Pirates have finally sailed the Going Merry "Into the Grand Line" in "One Piece" season 2. Fans sent the show right back into the charts, and it's proven to be a hit with critics, too (it's still 100% on Rotten Tomatoes!).
In season 2, Luffy, Nami (Emily Rudd), Zoro (Mackenyu), Usopp (Jacob Romero), and Sanji (Taz Skylar) cross into deadlier waters. The Grand Line is a legendary stretch of sea with danger at every turn, and as they sail through the realm on the hunt for Gold Roger's ultimate treasure, they'll meet new pals, dock at bizarre islands, and cross paths with a whole host of formidable foes. I've already binge-watched most of the second chapter, and it's easily one of the best things Netflix has put out so far this year.

'The Dinosaurs'
If you love nothing more than learning about the giant creatures that once roamed the earth, then the latest docuseries from the "Our Planet" team should be on your radar.
This is "The Dinosaurs," a four-part series that Netflix bills as "an epic journey into a lost world." Executive produced by "Jurassic Park" director, Steven Spielberg and narrated by Morgan Freeman, this documentary charts the rise and fall of the dinosaurs across hundreds of millions of years. Clearly, Netflix's subscriber base is full of dino fans, too, as this series has continued to be one of the streamer's top watches since it dropped on March 6.

'Virgin River'
Looking for something a little cozier this week? Small-town romantic drama "Virgin River" returned for its seventh season on March 12, and it's already become Netflix's newest No. 1 show.
Season 7 sees Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) and Jack (Martin Henderson) taking their next steps in their relationship, exploring the honeymoon phase as they build their life together on the farm and tackling fresh challenges, and there's plenty of other relationships and other challenges to explore, too.

If it’s in the theaters or available to stream somewhere, he’s probably watched it… especially if it has a dragon in it. Before joining the team, he was a Staff Writer at What To Watch where he wrote about a broad range of shows that stretched from "Doctor Who" and "The Witcher" to "Bridgerton" and "Love Island". When he’s not watching the next must-see movie or show, he’s probably still in front of a screen playing massive RPGs, reading, spending a fortune on TCGs, or watching the NFL.
