Best Buy's massive weekend sale is like Black Friday came early — 39 sales I'd shop on Apple, Ninja, laptops and more
Shop record-breaking price lows on Apple, Ninja and more

October Prime Day dominated the headlines this week, but as a deals expert I'm excited that the Best Buy Techtober sale is still going strong. Yes, Amazon offered a lot of great deals, but Best Buy price matched many of them — and in a few occasions undercut Amazon.
Best Buy's sale lasts through Sunday and my favorite deal right now has MacBooks on sale from $699. As an Apple user, Best Buy has always been one of my go-to retailers for Apple gear and this sale proves why. If you're on a budget, the M2 MacBook Air for $699 is unbeatable. I love this deal because the config on sale sports 16GB of RAM instead of 8GB, which means you'll get more life out of this system. Otherwise, the 13-inch and 15-inch M4-based MacBook Airs are at all-time price lows.
As part of its Techtober sale, Best Buy also has kitchen appliances on sale from $26. The sale includes coffee machines, water filters, air fryers, and more. Below I've rounded up my favorite Best Buy deals this weekend. Remember, these deals are all good through Sunday. After that, we may not see them again till Thanksgiving. For more savings, see our Best Buy promo codes page.

I've browsed through hundreds of deals at Best Buy to highlight the biggest savings on the gear the Tom's Guide staff owns and recommends.

MacBooks: deals from $699 @ Best Buy
Now is the perfect time to update your Mac. Best Buy has MacBook Airs on sale from $699. If you're on a budget, the MacBook Air (M2/16GB RAM) is an epic machine. I love that it's been updated with 16GB of RAM instead of just 8GB, so it'll do a better job with multitasking. Meanwhile, the MacBook Air (M4) is Apple's latest laptop and both the 13-inch and 15-inch are on sale for $799 and $999, respectively. Those are the lowest prices of the year for all of these Macs.

TVs
For $199, this is a 55-inch 4K Fire TV with some neat gaming features like ALLM. For cinephiles, this TV supports HDR PRO with Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG as well as Dolby Atmos audio. It's a direct-lit LED TV so don't expect contrast to be off the charts, but for this price it's a solid deal.
The B5 is LG's most affordable OLED of 2025, but don't let that fool you into thinking that it's not a terrific TV for folks looking to save money on an OLED. In addition to supporting 4K gaming at 120Hz, the B5 also supports Dolby Vision HDR and costs significantly less than its higher-end counterparts.
The TCL QM7K has been one of my go-to recommendations for major sales events. This is a budget-friendly, 75-inch Mini-LED TV that is perfect for folks who want to upgrade to a truly impressive TV without breaking the bank. It's also an especially good TV for gamers on a budget, thanks to an impressive array of gaming enhancements.
At this price, the Samsung S84F OLED TV is a total steal. It's an entry-level 2025 OLED model from Samsung, but comes with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+ support. We also like the Tizen OS the TV runs on, as it runs fast and will get you access to all the streaming apps you could want.
MacBooks
Yes, this is an older Mac, but the MacBook Air M2 is a steal at this price. It's remarkably light and thin yet sports a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display, a speedy Apple M2 CPU w/ 8-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, 256GB SSD, and a great 1080p FaceTime camera. In our MacBook Air M2 review we lauded this Editor's Choice laptop for its versatility and battery life, so don't miss your chance to get one at a great discount.
The new MacBook Air is powered by Apple's latest M4 chipset. It upgrades the camera from 1080p to 12MP with Center Stage support. The M4 chipset also supports dual external monitors, even when you have the laptop's lid open. It packs a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display (2560 x 1664), Apple's M4 CPU w/ 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD. In our MacBook Air M4 review, we said the Editor's Choice laptop is irresistible thanks to its speedy performance, sharper camera, and lower starting price.
Need a bigger screen? The 15-inch MacBook Air (M4) is on sale. It packs a 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display (2880 x 1864), Apple's M4 CPU with a 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD.
The M4-based MacBook Pro M4 is pretty close to being the perfect laptop. You get fantastic performance from the M4 chip, useful Apple Intelligence features, a better webcam and obscenely long battery life (18:31). In our MacBook Pro 14-inch M4 review, we said it's the best laptop for power users, now with more AI features. The base model features a 14.2-inch 3024 x 1964 Retina display, Apple M4 CPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
Cell phones
iPhone 17: up to $1,100 off w/ trade-in @ Best Buy
The iPhone 17 includes a multitude of upgrades like a larger and brighter 6.3-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. You also get an A19 processor, upgraded 256GB of storage, 48MP main camera, and a new 48MP ultrawide camera. There's also a new Center Stage 18MP front camera. Finally, battery life is improved and there's now 25W Qi 2.2 charging support. In our iPhone 17 review, we said it offers one of the best bang-for-the-buck deals in recent memory. Best Buy is taking up to $1,100 off your iPhone 17 purchase via trade-in. You can purchase unlocked or you can trade-in an older device for credits.
For just $399, you get our pick for the best cheap phone overall, thanks to its extensive AI tools and excellent camera performance. The Pixel 9a display also proved quite bright in our testing and seven years of software support means you can hold on to this phone for a long time.
Gaming
Madden NFL 26, the latest title in the long-running professional football franchise from EA Sports, offers a number of upgrades that justify picking it up. Including improved graphics, new mechanics, and a great Superstar mode.
The GameSir G8 Plus is a fantastic phone controller. Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, it’s compatible with Android and iOS smartphones, tablets and the Nintendo Switch lineup, enabling you to play all your favorite games on the go. Its Hall Effect thumbsticks and triggers are responsive, and the controller’s ergonomic design ensures all-day comfort.
The LG UltraGear 34GS95QE-B.AUS is now on sale for $600 off and it's a deal we highly recommend. This gaming monitor features a 34-inch 3440 x 1440 OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate and low 0.03ms response time. Games will look great and run silky smooth. And since this monitor isn't too large, you should easily find a spot for it in your gaming den or office. Don't pass this deal up!
The Asus ROG Swift 32 features two display modes: 4K at 240Hz for more cinematic games and 1080p at 480Hz for fast-paced online games. You also get a large 32-inch display with an OLED panel and a low 0.03ms response time. With those features for this price, this is a phenomenal gaming monitor.
Smart Home
Amazon's compact smart speaker packs Alexa features into a space-saving design. The Echo Pop delivers clear audio for music and podcasts, while still handling all your usual voice commands. Good for nightstands or desks where space is tight, and the semi-sphere design looks cleaner than typical smart speakers.
The Roku Streaming Stick Plus 2025 is the latest upgrade in Roku’s lineup, replacing the previous Express 4K Plus. This newer model is smaller, faster, and more powerful, offering stunning 4K HDR and Dolby Vision streaming. With improved Wi-Fi and access to thousands of channels, it’s one of the best Roku devices right now.
Light up your outdoor space with this Govee LED strip light! Govee makes some of our favorite smart lights and this outdoor light strip is perfect to add smart functionality to your Halloween and Christmas light displays.
The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro also delivers high-resolution 1536 x 1536 video in a square format, so you can see more of what's happening at the base of your door. Compared to the other models, it also has 3D Motion detection, Bird’s Eye Zones and Bird’s Eye View, which better helps you see where people are in your yard.
Appliances
One of Ninja's cheaper products, the Blast portable blender is impressively powerful. Sure, it can't compete with a full-size blender, but it did a great job of handling everything from protein powder to frozen berries when we put it to the test.
This stylish Ninja coffee maker comes in a gorgeous Glacier Blue colorway and is now on sale for $30 off. Whether you prefer pods or grounds, this device makes tasty brews in 7 sizes (6-oz. to 24-oz) and has a built-in, fold-away milk frother!
The SodaStream E-TERRA lets you make sparkling water from the comforts of your home. Three preset levels let you control your carbonation level so your sparkling water is just how you want it. The E-TERRA includes a sparkling water maker, 60L CO2 cylinder, and a dishwasher-safe reusable carbonating bottle.
With this discount, the Eufy 11S Max is great value for money. Despite its slim design, it uses bounce mapping to clean all corners of your room so you can set it and forget it. It comes with a decent 2,000 Pa suction power, which is adequate to deep clean both carpets and hard floors. Best of all, it has built-in drop-sensing technology that prevents it from falling down a flight of stairs.
This saving is a fantastic chance to pick up Ninja's viral frozen drink machine for less. The Ninja Slushi turns liquids into smooth frozen drinks by using specialised RapidChill technology, so you don't need ice. We've seen these bad boys sell out like hotcakes, so you better act fast.
Laptops
Lenovo's Chromebook balances performance and value in this lightweight package. The Full HD display and Intel processor handle everyday tasks with ease, while Chrome OS ensures quick boot times and seamless cloud integration. An ideal choice for students or casual computing.
This monster of an ultraportable packs plenty of performance and power efficiency, thanks to that Core Ultra 7 chipset — all inside a slim and sleek aluminum chassis with a gorgeous 16-inch 2K display. Trust me when I say if you’re in the market for a Windows laptop, this is an amazing one to buy. You also get 16GB of RAM and a generous 1TB SSD.
Save a whopping $599 on the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 360. Its 15.6-inch AMOLED display, Intel Core 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage make it a solid MacBook alternative. It also offers up to 15 hours of battery life so you can use it on the go without worrying about losing power.
This is a great price for an RTX 5080 gaming laptop, and the MSI Vector 16 HX AI certainly impresses. It sports an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB SSD. It also features a 16-inch 2560 x 1600 240Hz display.

JBL's budget earbuds pack in a whole host of different features for a great price. First off, there's active noise canceling to keep distractions out. Then there's 10 hours of battery life in the buds, along with an extra 30 in the case. Finally, there's IP54 water- and dust-resistance to keep out the unwanted earbud-breaking substances.
These headphones earned a 4.5-star rating in our Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 review and a spot on our list of the best workout headphones. They're lightweight and comfortable to wear, deliver impressive sound quality and their open-ear design makes them perfect for outdoor workouts.
AirPods sale: up to $120 off @ Best Buy
Time to upgrade your AirPods! Best Buy is taking up to $120 off select Apple AirPods this week. I'd opt for the AirPods 4 on sale for $89, their lowest price ever.
