This week on Netflix, "Bridgerton" is back in the spotlight. The alternate history romance series is back to wrap up its fourth season, and it seems like the streaming service is clearing out this week to give it room to breathe. There are only five shows, movies and comedy specials on the calendar between now and March 1.

Admittedly, that's partially because Netflix has yet to reveal what's coming in March. Once we get that information, we'll update this article accordingly and add a few top picks for you to check out. Until then, here's the full schedule of everything new on Netflix this week, along with my top picks for what you need to stream.

Genre: Historical romance drama series

What it's about: "Bridgerton" is a romance drama set in an alternate version of the Regency era of British history. Each season, it's centered around a member of the Bridgerton family, and this season, it's Benedict (Luke Thompson) in the spotlight as he tries to woo a mysterious Lady in Silver (Yerin Ha).

Why you should watch it: One of Netflix's biggest hits returns to conclude its fourth season. It's a must-watch for romance drama fans, whether you've already seen the first part of the season or not.

Genre: German comedy series

What it's about: Toni is a rapper, and not a good one. But his dreams of hip-hop stardom may get permanently derailed when he's forced to return home to his crazy family and a teenage son he never knew about.

Why you should watch it: This show looks completely absurd. So if you like irreverent comedy shows and don't mind subtitles (or you speak German), then this could be a refreshing change of pace from the normal Netflix fare.

What it's about: Taylor Tomlinson returns to Netflix for the fourth time. In this new hour-long special, she promises "a lot of God stuff and a lot of gay stuff," and based on the trailer, it looks like she delivers on both.

Why you should watch it: If you're not already aware of Tomlinson, your younger relatives probably are. She's become a hit on Netflix, but she's a massive star on TikTok. So watch "Prodigal Daughter" to see what the fuss is all about; you won't be disappointed.

Why you should watch it: This show is yet another hit from Michael Schur, who you know from "The Office," "Parks and Recreation" and "The Good Place." So if you liked any of those shows, watching "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is a no-brainer.
