Sleep trackers are a great way to learn how well you're sleeping and what you can do it improve, but they can be pricey. So we're excited to see the Amazfit Helio Smart Ring for $145 at Amazon, knocking $52 off the original price.
Some of the best sleep trackers can indeed come with a steep price tag — our favorite, the Oura Ring, starts at $349. However, the current deal on the Amazfit Helio makes now a great time to snag a sleep tracker for less.
And the Amazfit Helio doesn't just track sleep, it also keeps tabs on your health and overall fitness. Keep reading to find out if this is the right sleep tracker for you.
Right now you can save $52 on the Amazfit Helio Smart Ring. This brings the price down to $145 (was $199). While this isn't the lowest price we've seen on this smart ring (Black Friday saw it drop to a staggering $109), this is still a good deal on a normally pricey piece of sleep tech. And it's packed full of features to track the different stages of your sleep, as well as health metrics such as heart rate and blood oxygen.

What can this smart ring do?
Just like the its more expensive competitor, the Oura Ring, this smart ring can do a lot. From tracking sleep to monitoring your heart rate, you can expect much of the same features.
But since I'm all about snooze, let's talk about the sleep monitoring. The Amazfit Helio Smart ring tracks the duration of your sleep as well as the different stages, such as light, deep and REM sleep — so you know just what's happening as you kip.
It also monitors your heart rate and oxygen levels, and can even monitor daytime naps, for a full picture of sleep quality.
All of this can be see on the ZEN app that needs to be downloaded separately. You don't need to pay for a subscription, which is nice bonus.
If you want something fancier...
The Oura Ring 4 sits in the number one spot in our roundup of the best sleep trackers. It has a titanium design that comes in a variety of sizes and finishes. The comprehensive Oura app allows you to see your daily health metrics, sleep scores, and even a new daytime stress chart. Right now, the Oura Ring 4 is $349, but it may be worth waiting for the next big sales event for some money off.
