Wayfair's Black Friday sales are here, and they do not disappoint. With prices rivalling the manafactuers themselves, we dug deep into the discounts on offer. Our favorite? A queen Sealy Cool Mattress for just $379 at Wayfair.

Sealy is a brand known for its memory foam beds, but if you're a hot sleeper you may have been told to stay away from foam. After all, it is known to trap heat. However, with the right materials and cooling, often found in this year's best mattresses we've tested, memory foam can actually help regulate your temperature. And that's exactly what the Cool mattress is designed to do.

Sealy Cool Memory Foam Mattress: twin was $1,099 now $303 at Wayfair
The Sealy Cool is a memory foam mattress designed to help keep you cool while you sleep. Like some of this year's best cooling mattresses, it has three memory foam layers, with the top layer made with open-cell, gel-infused foam that regulates temperature and wicks away moisture. This helps you stay cool and dry throughout the night, helped by the breathable knit cover. In the current mattress sale, a twin is $303 (was $1,099) and a queen is $379 (was $1,199). That's fantastic value for a cooling mattress, especially one with so many excellent reviews. You'll also get free shipping and a ten-year warranty.

Is this mattress right for you?

Like the best memory foam mattresses, this 12" bed from Sealy promises to relieve pressure points.

The three layers of foam should contour around the body, and the medium firm feel will suit side sleepers in particular. This means the shoulders, hips and knees shouldn't feel uncomfortable, as the foams will 'give' around these areas.

While this mattress certainly has some elements that will help hot sleepers stay cool, if you experience hot flashes or night sweats you'd be better of opting for one of this year's best hybrid mattresses, or alternatively, a bed that incorporated specialist cooling technology, like phase change material or copper-infused foam

DreamCloud Classic Hybrid Mattress: queen from $699 at DreamCloud
While many hybrid mattresses come at a steep price, we think the DreamCloud Classic is excellent value. This mattress received four out of five stars in our DreamCloud Classic Mattress review thanks to its excellent performance during testing. The hybrid structure allows air to flow through the bed, while the foam layers deliver excellent pressure relief. In the DreamCloud Black Friday sale, a twin is $399 and a queen is $699. Plus, you'll also get a free sleep bundle including two pillows, a sheet set, and a mattress protector worth $599.
