As the winds of winter howl, it’s the perfect time to cozy up with the new movies and TV shows to watch this weekend on Netflix, HBO Max and more of the best streaming services.
This weekend’s slate is a good one for "Game of Thrones" fans. "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" puts down its lance in the season 1 finale, while "GOT" alums Sophie Turner and Kit Harington reunite in the Gothic horror movie "The Dreadful." ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ season 1 finale (HBO)
After the fierce battles of the Trial of Seven, "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" enters quiet mode in its finale, “The Morrow.” With Prince Baelor dead, Ser Duncan “Dunk” the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his devoted squire, Aegon “Egg” Targaryen (Dexter Sol Ansell), must reckon with the loss and the weight of duty.
Between acts of courage and moments of heartache, one question hangs over them: What path will this unlikely duo take in a realm ruled by honor, intrigue and danger? It’s not yet a game of thrones, but Dunk and Egg’s journey may prove just as unforgettable.

'The Night Agent' season 3
Season 3 of the high-octane thriller drops Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) straight into danger. Fresh from last season’s fallout, he’s on the trail of a rogue Treasury agent who has vanished to Istanbul with stolen intel and a dead boss left behind.
What begins as a tense manhunt quickly explodes into a globe-spanning conspiracy from Washington to Mexico City, involving dark money, hired killers and a relentless journalist (Genesis Rodriguez) who refuses to back down. Together, they dig up enough secrets to shake the capital to its core — if they can stay alive long enough to tell the story.

‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ season 2 (Apple TV)
Five years after her husband and Bailey’s father vanished without a trace, Hannah (Jennifer Garner) and her stepdaughter (Angourie Rice) are blindsided when Owen Michaels (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) suddenly reappears. After half a decade of rebuilding, the fragile life they’ve forged teeters on the edge of ruin.
As Hannah and Bailey wrestle with whether their fractured family can survive his return, old secrets and dangers resurface. Based on Laura Dave’s latest sequel, "The First Time I Saw Him," season 2 cranks up the tension, delivering the same twisty, addictive drama, but with higher stakes.

‘Firebreak’ (Netflix)
In this simmering Spanish-language thriller, a family’s last trip to their forest home fractures when a grieving mother’s daughter vanishes just as a fast-moving wildfire approaches. Directed by David Victori, the film follows Mara (Belén Cuesta) as she defies evacuation orders and drags her relatives into a smoke-choked search.
Cut off from help and running on fear, they rely on a lone forest ranger who may not be telling the whole story. The deeper they go, the more it feels like the forest is their enemy.
