An adaptation of the Monster Association arc, which builds towards all-out war with the elite S-Class of the Hero Association and charts Garou's evolution into an adversary worthy of Saitama's fist, "One Punch Man" season 3 is a monumental project, one that's been made all the more ambitious by its troubled development.

Here's how to watch "One Punch Man" season 3 online from anywhere with a VPN.

After creating a masterpiece, Madhouse passed the "One Punch Man" baton to J.C.Staff for season 2, which wasn't received anywhere near as well as the initial run. The character design and production quality were slated by fans, and the suspicion is that the neverending avalanche of opprobrium has cut to the heart of the animation studio.

For season 3, J.C.Staff has brought in a new art director in Sakura Murakami, a new director of photography in Yuki Hirose and a new director in Shinpei Nagai, who was forced to justify his involvement after a fan backlash. They haven't helped themselves, however, by witholding details of the new season and creating confusion around its release — in Japan, it still isn't clear if it will premiere on Tokyo TV on October 1, October 5 or October 12 at the time of writing.

With season 2 having come out six years ago, they certainly haven't been short of time. This could be make or break for the series. Is "One Punch Man" a one-hit wonder, or has Saitama finally found what he's been looking for?
