A new season is upon us, and April arrives with a fresh crop of releases sprouting onto your favorite streaming services. And Paramount+ is no exception, so as we're about to change over our calendars, here's everything new on the Paramount platform this month.
Starting April 4, basketball fans will get unprecedented off-court access and exclusive interviews with "Made for March," a new sports docuseries following the Kansas Jayhawks and Michigan Wolverines during their season-long bid for a national championship. Meanwhile, celebrants of 4/20 festivities can tribute two of pop culture's greatest stoners with "Cheech & Chong's Last Movie," a buddy documentary starring legendary comedy duo Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong as they take a literal drive down a hazy memory lane.

'Cheech & Chong's Last Movie'

Who better to kick off April with ahead of those groovy 4/20 celebrations than counter-cultural icons Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong? The comedy legends will reprise their famously buzzy personas in this road-trip documentary, following the fellas as they reminisce about their lives, from childhood to joining forces in the 1960s up until their breakup in the 1980s. Streaming exclusively on Paramount+ beginning on April 1, the nostalgically funny flick will blend live-action moments as well as animation and archival clips.

'Made for March'
March may be ending, but that doesn't mean March Madness fever is going anywhere anytime soon. And this new four-part docuseries is proof, tracking two of college basketball’s most renowned programs — the Kansas Jayhawks and Michigan Wolverines — across an entire season and capturing both the players' passions and pressures across the regular season, conference and post-season games. The first episode drops on April 4, with the next two following on April 5 and the final installment hitting Paramount+ on April 18.

'My Killer Father: The Green Hollow Murders'
If it's a true crime title you're after, Paramount+ provides with its new original docuseries "My Killer Father: The Green Hollow Murders." Premiering on April 28, the series investigates harrowing claims made by Lucy Studey against her late father, Donald Dean Studey, a mechanic in southwestern Iowa who she alleges killed upwards of 50 people over three decades. As well as digging into the ongoing mystery of those horrific crimes, the doc also delves into the dark history and drama of the Studey family, with fellow daughter Susan remaining dubious of Lucy's claims.
