Netflix has revealed everything coming to the streaming service in June 2026, and there's a pair of comedy films you won't want to miss. First up is "Office Romance," a romantic comedy starring Jennifer Lopez as the CEO of an airline and "Ted Lasso" star Brett Goldstein as her new lawyer. It's definitely heavy on the "rom," so if you prefer the "com," you might want to check out "Little Brother" instead. It's an absurdist comedy that stars Eric André as John Cena's brother from (definitely) another mother.

Those aren't the only movies to keep an eye on this month. "Color Book" was one of my favorite indie films from last year's Atlanta Film Festival, and Netflix is thankfully bringing it to everyone on June 19. There's also a Michael Jackson docuseries that will dominate the watercooler talk once it debuts this month, and a host of World Cup 2026-related shows and documentaries.

Here's the full breakdown on everything you need to stream on Netflix this month.

New on Netflix in June 2026: Top picks

'Michael Jackson: The Verdict'

Michael Jackson: The Verdict | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube Michael Jackson: The Verdict | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube
Watch On

Genre: Docuseries

What it's about: This three-part documentary revisits the 2005 criminal trial of the music legend. It dives into the allegations against Michael Jackson, revisits the courtroom proceedings and examines the public response to the controversial trial.

Why you should watch it: Between interviews with jurors, eyewitnesses, journalists and archival footage, this docuseries covers the part of Jackson's past that the movie "Michael" left out. If you felt this year's biopic was a bit too rosy a picture of Jackson's life, this series will help fill in some of the darker moments.

Stream "Michael Jackson: The Verdict" on Netflix starting June 3

'Office Romance'

Office Romance | Jennifer Lopez & Brett Goldstein | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube Office Romance | Jennifer Lopez & Brett Goldstein | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube
Watch On

Genre: Romantic comedy movie

What it's about: Daniel (Brett Goldstein) is a lawyer newly assigned to defend airline CEO Jackie Cruz (Jennifer Lopez) in court. But the second he sees her, he's smitten, and not too long after, she's unable to keep her hands off him, too. But their office romance might derail both their careers if they aren't careful.

Why you should watch it: This trailer makes "Office Romance" seem like a typical rom-com ... which isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you like a romantic comedy with a great cast, a few laughs and more than a few steamy scenes between attractive leads, this film seems to tick all the boxes. Just expect a few cringe-worthy moments along the way.

Stream "Office Romance" on Netflix starting June 5

'Color Book'

Genre: Drama movie

What it's about: Lucky (William Catlett) is struggling with the loss of his wife while still raising their son, Mason (Jeremiah Daniels), who has Down Syndrome. To get back to normal, they set out to attend Mason's first baseball game, but their day does not go as planned.

Why you should watch it: When I saw this back in 2025, I was blown away by the chemistry between Catlett and Daniels, and the movie really hinges on their performances. You'll definitely feel things watching "Color Book," especially after a twist partway through that will catch you off guard.

Stream "Color Book" on Netflix starting June 19

'Avatar: The Last Airbender' season 2

Avatar: The Last Airbender: Season 2 | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube Avatar: The Last Airbender: Season 2 | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube
Watch On

Genre: Fantasy action-adventure series

What it's about: Avatar Aang (Gordon Cormier), the last member of the Air Nomads, continues on his quest to stop the villainous Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim). This season, Aang, Katara (Kiawentiio), and Sokka (Ian Ousley) are headed to the Earth Kingdom to convince the King to aid in their battle against the ferocious Fire Nation.

Why you should watch it: If you were a fan of the original Nickelodeon series, I can't promise that Netflix's live-action version of "Avatar: The Last Airbender" is better than the animated series. But people do seem to like it, and it makes some interesting changes due to the restrictions of live-action compared to animation. It's worth checking out if you like a fantasy series.

Stream "Avatar: The Last Airbender" season 2 on Netflix starting June 25

'Little Brother'

Little Brother | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube Little Brother | Official Trailer | Netflix - YouTube
Watch On

Genre: Comedy movie

What it's about: Rudd (John Cena) is a famous real estate agent whose life is turned upside-down when a man claiming to be his brother calls him from the hospital. Turns out this man, Marcus (Eric André), was Rudd's little brother in a school "Big brother-little brother" program, and is not related to Rudd in any way. But that doesn't stop Rudd from ultimately taking Marcus in, at which point, chaos ensues.

Why you should watch it: This movie definitely seems to be leaning into André's absurd brand of comedy, so be prepared. Still, if you like a wacky comedy with two hilarious leads, this movie should hit the mark and make you laugh, even if it might end up being more funny than good.
