Netflix is adding just 13 new movies, shows and comedy specials to the streaming service this week, but two of those are massive returning series. The biggest of those two is undoubtedly "The Four Seasons," which is back for season 2. This comedy series features a call sheet that includes Tina Fey and Colman Domingo, so trust me, you won't want to miss it. Even with Steve Carell not returning for season 2.

Don't sleep on "A Good Girl's Guide to Murder," though. This mystery series was a surprise hit in 2024, and I won't be surprised when it's one of the biggest shows of the month, let alone the week. Definitely mark your calendar for when it drops on May 27.

Those aren't the only movies, shows and live events to add to your watchlist this week, though. Here's the full schedule of everything new on Netflix over the next seven days, along with my top picks for what you need to stream. Don't forget to check out everything new on Netflix in May 2026 for even more movies and shows to check out.

Genre: Sports documentary movie

What it's about: You probably know Vinnie Jones as a "that guy": a beloved actor who shows up in a supporting role and makes you say, "Oh, it's that guy!" But before he was a "that guy" in Hollywood, he was a bruising midfielder with 14 seasons of top-flight football and an FA Cup win on his resume. In "Untold UK: Vinnie Jones," the legend tells all on his career and controversies off the pitch and off the screen.

Why you should watch it: I love Vinnie Jones as a footballer and an actor, and the stories he has ... I can only imagine. If there was an athlete I wanted a documentary on, he'd be towards the top of the list.

Preston Pippen (son of Scottie and Larsa Pippen), Raine Michaels (daughter of Bret Michaels), Hercy Miller (son of Master P), and Suede Brooks (an influencer spotted “yacht-hopping” with Drake) are among the stars of this series, and they all have some experience with reality TV. Why you should watch it: This story is pretty wild in its own right. Kiritsis was falling behind on mortgage payments and wasn't given an extension. So he took his broker's son captive, demanding justice for what he viewed as a slight by the wealthy elite. But you also don't want to miss Skarsgård in the starring role.
