But these aren't the only shows and movies you'll want to stream this week. Here's the breakdown on everything new to Netflix this week, including my top picks and the full list of new shows and movies that you need to stream.

Malcolm has been covering the latest in streaming shows and movies since 2023. Every week, he hunts down the top shows and movies to watch on Netflix.
New on Netflix this week: Top picks
'How to Get to Heaven from Belfast'
Genre: Mystery series
What it's about: This new series stars Roísín Gallagher as Saoirse, Sinéad Keenan as Robyn, and Caoilfhionn Dunne as Dara. These three friends are thrust into a compelling mystery when they find themselves investigating the mysterious death of the fourth woman in their childhood friend group.
Why you should watch it: If you liked "Derry Girls," then this show is for you. If you've never heard of "Derry Girls," then trust me when I say the expectations are that "How to Get to Heaven from Belfast" will be good — and funny.
Watch "How to Get to Heaven from Belfast" on Netflix starting Feb. 12
'Love Is Blind' season 10
Genre: Reality dating show
Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips.
What it's about: The latest season of "Love Is Blind" is headed to the Buckeye state. This new batch of 32 Ohio singles now has to go on the ultimate blind date, and as always, they can't meet face to face until they're ready to spend the rest of their lives together.
Why you should watch it: The novelty of "Love Is Blind" still hasn't worn off. There is something remarkable about dozens of people willing to get married sight unseen. It's worth noting, though, that a lot of these couples don't stay together after the show. Not even 10 have gone the distance to date.
Watch "Love Is Blind" season 10 on Netflix starting Feb. 11
'Matter of Time'
Genre: Documentary movie
What it's about: "Matter of Time" is a documentary centered around the stories of those impacted by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare genetic skin disorder, and those working for a cure. It's set around Eddie Vedder’s 2023 benefit concerts at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall, where all proceeds went to fund research dedicated to fighting this rare affliction.
Why you should watch it: If you like a film festival documentary, then this 2025 Tribeca Film Festival doc is worth a watch. Or, if you like Eddie Vedder's music, you'll also want to check this movie out.
Watch "Matter of Time" on Netflix starting Feb. 9
'How to Train Your Dragon' (2025)
Genre: Fantasy movie
What it's about: A live-action adaptation of the 2010 animated movie of the same name, this movie tells the tale of Hiccup (Mason Thames), a young Viking who is the son of chieftain Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler). Living in Berk, Hiccup's people are constantly attacked by dragons. But one day, he befriends an injured dragon, Toothless, and their lives are both changed forever.
Why you should watch it: I'll be honest, the original 2010 animated movie is incredible, so if you can watch it instead of this live-action remake, I would. But if you like live-action redux of animated masterpieces, then feel free to check this one out.
Watch "How to Train Your Dragon" (2025) on Netflix starting Feb. 10
'Kohrra' season 2
Genre: Punjabi crime thriller series
What it's about: In season 1, "Kohrra" explored the shocking death of a bridegroom days before his wedding. Now, the police procedural is back, and this time it's in a new town, investigating a new murder; this time, a woman found dead in her brother's barn.
Why you should watch it: While this season features a new mystery, a new location and a slew of new characters, it does return Barun Sobti as Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarpal Jasjit Garundi. Given that the first season scored 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, having that connective tissue bodes well for season 2.
Watch "Kohrra" season 2 on Netflix starting Feb. 11
'The Black Phone'
Genre: Supernatural horror movie
What it's about: Finney (Mason Thames) is abducted by a serial killer known as the Grabber (Ethan Hawke). But when he discovers a black rotary phone in the basement where he's being held, he receives a call that might just help him escape from Hell.
Why you should watch it: Hawke is so good as the grabber that they bent over backwards to make a sequel. It's a definite must-watch for any horror fan.
Watch "The Black Phone" on Netflix starting Feb. 12
'Tyler Perry's Joe's College Road Trip'
Genre: Road trip comedy movie
What it's about: Tyler Perry returns as Joe Simmons, a popular character from the "Madea" franchise. This time, though, he's the star of the film, and he's taking his grandson, B.J. (Jermaine Harris), on a college tour that quickly goes off the rails.
Why you should watch it: If you like the "Madea" movies, then this movie is for you. It looks like a familiar retread for Perry, both for better and for worse.
Watch "Tyler Perry's Joe's College Road Trip" on Netflix starting Feb. 13
