Hulu is one of the best streaming services for watching new movies. Not only does it regularly add originals and classics to its library, but, because it's owned by Disney, it's the streaming home for new releases from several Disney-owned studios. In short, Hulu is the perfect place to start building your next movie marathon.

This weekend, I have three movies recently added to Hulu that are a must-watch, including a pair of streaming original movies. First, there's "Pizza Movie," which stars "Stranger Things" star Gaten Matarazzo and "The Goldbergs" star Sean Giambrone as roommates who make a classic college mistake: getting way too high. Then there's sci-fi comedy "Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice," which stars Vince Vaughn as a time-traveling criminal. Finally, there's "Sentimental Value," which just arrived on Hulu at the end of March, shortly after winning the Oscar for Best International Feature Film.

'Pizza Movie' (2026)

Genre: Stoner comedy

What's it about? Jack (Gaten Matarazzo) and Montgomery (Sean Giambrone) are college roommates. One day, they get way too high taking a drug called "M.I.N.T.S.," and it turns out the only way to counteract the drug is to eat pizza. Now, they must get pizza delivered to them by drone while on a bad trip.

Why you should watch it: "Citizen Kane," this movie probably is not. But if you like a stoner comedy like "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle," or "Pineapple Express," you'll probably have a good time with "Pizza Movie."

'Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice' (2026)

Genre: Sci-fi action comedy

What's it about? Nick (Vince Vaughn) is a gangster, and he's married to Alice (Eiza Gonzalez). But she's sleeping with Quick Draw Mike (James Marsden), one of Nick's fellow gangsters. So now, Nick is going to frame Mike to take away Alice's new love ... unless a future version of Nick can stop him.

Why you should watch it: Vince Vaughn and James Marsden playing low-level gangsters? And they're in love with the same woman? I'm already sold. Thankfully, the early reviews are mostly good.

Genre: Norwegian drama

What's it about? Nora (Renate Reinsve) and Agnes (Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas) are sisters who find themselves reunited with their estranged father, Gustav (Stellan Skarsgård). They haven't seen the once-famous film director in decades, and they aren't thrilled to see him now. To make matters more complicated, he's brought an American actress, Rachel (Elle Fanning), who he's cast as their grandmother in an upcoming movie.

Why you need to watch it: This drama from acclaimed director Joachim Trier was up for multiple Oscars this year, ultimately winning Best International Feature Film. It also won us over at Tom's Guide. Managing Streaming Editor Kelly Woo declared it one of her top movies of 2025.
