Amazon's massive Nintendo Switch sale is live — here's 18 game deals I'd shop this weekend (including Switch 2)

Amazon's next Prime Day event, called Prime Big Deal Days, is on the horizon (it runs October 7-8), but the online mega retailer is offering up some big discounts on popular items, and those savings include Nintendo Switch games. Even better, it's not just Switch 1 titles; Switch 2 games are on sale.

Naturally, the biggest savings can be found on Switch 1 games, including heavy-hitters like Mario Odyssey and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. And you can pick up the epic Final Fantasy X/X2 Remaster pack for just $24.

If you're fortunate enough to own a Switch 2, you can save on excellent third-party titles like Split Fiction (now $46), Yakuza 0: Director's Cut (now $37), and Hogwarts Legacy (now $49). Sadly, we're still waiting for a Mario Kart World deal, but perhaps one will appear during the Big Deal Days event.

I've combed through Amazon's Switch deals ahead of the weekend, and these are the best savings I've spotted on Switch 1 and Switch 2 games.
