Changing the language on Disney Plus streams

Disney Plus originally launched in the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands before rolling out in Australia, New Zealand and Puerto Rico, so it makes sense that you can choose from a variety of languages to stream your favorite content.

Disney Plus offers currently offers four languages: American English and British English, Dutch, Spanish and French. We expect that number to grow as Disney Plus expands around the world.

Here’s how to change the language on your Disney Plus profile, either in-app or on the web:

  1. From the home screen, select Edit Profiles.
  2. Tap or click on the profile you want to change the language for.
  3. Select App Language in the profile settings.
  4. Choose the language you prefer. The change will take effect immediately.
